Left vehicle there to perform simple repairs to do and written down too. 5-working days later after calling, and them saying they are getting right on it. I finally had wife call 5 days later to pick up done or just pick up undone. It was picked up undone. Seemed like OK people but what a way to waste my time. Now I am going to check a past job they did for me just in case. You decide

Last minute accommodation --they were willing to stay late to do an oil change on our truck as a favor to us even though they had no open appointments left. Just moved up in Cranberry in December and and the time came to get my Jeep an inspection. Not knowing any Auto Repair shops around and wanting to avoid commercial Auto Shops like Pep Boys who will rip you off to gain more money. I got to say everyone at Milberts were great! They got the job done quickly and were honest on any repairs needed. Also gave me a time cap on some repairs that will need service in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their cars for repair or inspections. Everyone was patient and very easy to talk to. An honest mechanic that does not try to sell you more service is a great mechanic to come back to in which I will everytime!

This shop RUINED a BAK retractablke bed cover. This cover was built specifically for my Dodge--They claimed they had to cut it for proper fit--Then they used caulking to seal the hole they made. Bak wouldn't stand behind the leaking cover--NOT TO MENTION IT LOOKED HIDEOUS--Meridian off road--Butler PA--WOULD NOT REPLACE after they SCREWED it up---Never go here--They will take your money--Bad workmanship--HEAVY PRICE!!!

The best service in Columbiana County. They do the greatest work for the fairest price of any auto service place I've been to. It's great they sell tires and do alignments now too.

The work performed was done professionally timely and reasonably priced. I have been dealing with "Jack's" for over twenty years and have always had the very best service with them.

I recently took my VW Rabit to Mr. Hoovler to have the exhaust repaired. I told him to replace the cats. He had my car for a week and when I got it back the cats were missing and he put PVC pipe in their place. The PVC pipe was all melted where the car was parked. Mr. Hoovler stole the cats off my car to sell them. Bad service.
