Exhaust Repair
I recently took my VW Rabit to Mr. Hoovler to have the exhaust repaired. I told him to replace the cats. He had my car for a week and when I got it back the cats were missing and he put PVC pipe in their place. The PVC pipe was all melted where the car was parked. Mr. Hoovler stole the cats off my car to sell them. Bad service.

2008 VW Golf TDI
I took my vehicle to Hoovler Vw repair for a bad tie rod end and loose steering. Mr Tom Hoovler did the repair himself since he is the most experienced in this area of repair. He didn't properly align the front end which cause the car to bear to the left when the wheel was held straight, also the lug nut was missing. I told him about the problem and he was rude and told me to take it else where.

Tune Up
I recently took my vw bug to hoovler volkswagen repair to get a tune up and Mr Tom hoovler did a terrible job and quote called my bug "a piece of junk that should be in a scrapyard". i am very angry with this mechanic. i would request that all future owners of vehicles that take their cars to his shop to watch carefully of what he does. Also not to mention but he overcharged me horribly after this event was done. NEVER AGAIN

Tire Rotation
Mr. Hoovler told me he was the best in the business when it comes to tire rotation but after the operation I believed different. All he did was rotate the each tire 180 degrees and didnt even unbolt the lugs. And when it comes to even airing up a tire hes completely ignorant. He tried to use an impact wrench to air it up. He thought it was an air device. Dont ever go to Hoovler VW, it isnt worth the money or time.

Oil Change
Hoovler Volkswagen does very good oil changes, Tom takes the oil out of an old VW jetta and puts it into my new 2009 VW Rabbit. He says his techinque of aging oil works the best.
