To make a long story short, I was not satisfied with the work performed. Upon returning from two trips to the Poconos I spoke to Dave, owner, on 11/29/23. After hearing and reviewing my complaint, I was reimbursed for the inspection, rotor and labor. I respect and appreciate an owner that takes pride in his business and more importantly, the customer. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there, as I've done since my wife and I purchased it on 11/12/22, for that reason. Thanks Dave. Mario Felder, Satisfied Customer

Jeep thought it was the transfer case, but I brought to Dave’s for a second opinion as their website states extensive experience with Jeep. After a month total without a car and $3500 of cost, the car unsafe to drive and they didn’t know what to do. I carefully drove the vehicle to another jeep dealership, and it indeed was the transfer case. This experience was unfortunate and unfair. Wish I would have never gone to Dave’s.
