Audi problems
I had a problem with my 2018 Audi where my "check engine" , cruise control, and traction light kept flashing. Very helpful Dylan at front desk, Josh ( mechanic) was informative. He did not charge me at the end of the diagnosis, solved the issue. I recommend these techs to everyone. But especially to those who do not know much about Audi's and do not want to be taken for an (expensive) ride.

My XKR
Stopped in here with a cousin who had just bought the jaguar XKR to have it checked out and sort out other problemss. Josh was professional and prioritized the job that could be done in the few days we had. After confirming the cost, he put on all new brakes, replaced new battery, and pulled apart the door to diagnose a problem with the locks that was very tricky. He also did complete inspection, gave me a good overview of the car, and didn't come up with any unexpected issues. It's a nice, clean shop that seems like it can handle all kinds of Jaguar repairs. The prices were low and it was 100% worth it.

C K engine
To determine the source of the Service Engine Soon Sign. His diagnosis indicated that the engine was Mis-firing on numerous cylinders. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for total care for their Audi.

Saved me a ton of money!
My BMW "Road King" runs so good now! It had a total overhaul, had a brain transplant, looked hot & passed state inspection easily. Josh is trustworthy & I really felt like he had my best interests in his mind. The wormanship gets top marks. I recommend!

Great Service!!!
I like the signature approval of repair let me know the exact cost to repair before going to the next step.I was in for the battery and firmware fix. The battery I installed before in Burlington repair shop was not right that ruins my firmware on a jump start. I was not happy for my Mercedes Benz situation as I have to pay a crazy amount before selling it. But Desi Auto Care is overall good with reasonable price and got my Mercedes back to normal. Great shop to do business with.

Fuel pump and more
Each time I bring one of my old infinity into Desi Auto Care. I've had heat fix and door lock repairs on and fuel pump and exhaust repairs. The job has been done properly every time. Last time I went in with an issue with my front hood latch mechanism and he was able to repair it fast. I do recommend to others.

Sone right at a great price
Had an excellent service here at the Desi Auto Care with Sam and team. I took my Land Rover in for a major repair and he explained to me what was necessary to repair without any additional stuff. He fixed my Evoque within TWO days as he promised and I was satisfied with overall experience. Mechanic even re-charge my AC as a bonus! Thanks a ton. I highly recommend Desi for any Rover service.

BMW
I took my 4x4 because light was on. Chris was able to source a part for the repair (plastic gear) saved me $1K compared to dealership wanting to replace whole component. My BMW is fixed and light is off. 5 STARS :)

Accident
My Jaguar XF involved in an accident and the whole front passenger side sispension steering, brakes and axle are in many pieces. Sam advised me to find the used parts and bring them to him.I did just that and he charged me for only labor which was reasonable. He did a great work on this and saved me a lot of repair expense especially since I do not have a full coverage insurance. He has been handling both my Jaguar and Audi maintenance and already referred him to my friends.

Regular customer
Since 6 years I’ve gotten many oil changes and brakes changed and major/minor (including my Volkswagen Engine replacement) repairs there. They’re, knowledgeable, and are fair guys. They definitely do not try to charge an arm and leg especially knowing it’s a German car. I very highly recommend them!

With my MINI Cooper I have been here few times within 7 years and haven’t been disappointed since. Ab added bonus is that Sam doesn’t nickel and dime you on things most dealers would.

YES
Our Audi Q7 Coolant leak to be fix ( was getting worst…) and the Hood Latch was giving me problems. The latch is very common issue with Audi cars. Also, my battery is brand new. I can hear clicking sound but the latch will not open. + to add more work, I needed the manual latch cable to be extended to the main bumper in case of electrical mechanism fails in future. Just guess how much dealership could charge for this type of special job. I found this shop by fluke. Chris found out that the actuator (the electrical mechanism) to open the hood was failed. The more I discuss to him, the more I felt comfortable. With European cars such as Mercedes, Porsche, Jaguar, BMW, Audi… that need service, in my opinion it’s best to rely on an independent shop such as Desi Auto Care.

I’m going to Desi since 2017 and impressed with the cleanliness of parking lot and customer waiting area, and the shop repair bays (six of them). Taking my BMW Z4 to Desi Auto Care is always stress-free!

Fluid change
I carried on the family tradition in owning a Mercedes Benz. Transmission and Transfer case fluid changed at 125K miles on my 2018 C-300. Job completed very same day. Two thumbs up!

Car Repair
Took my'15 Jaguar XJ here for regular maintenance. Cheaper than dealer. Easy to set online appointment. Sent me an email when my car was completed, highly recommend. My JAG is happy again :) Reviewed things needing repair and resolved pesky issues. +2 years warranty!

Plug-coil
I took my Porsche into get what I first thought was a vacuum hose leak. Chris explains me problem with spark plugs and ignition coils. Service took less than 3hrs. Couldn't be happier and will be coming back for future services.

Land Rover
My Land Rover was not starting after I visited Mall and the Land Rover emergency roadside assistance mechanic came to start the car and was not able to figure out the problem; and he suggested me to tow it to the local dealer for repair. My past experience was very expensive to get the LR service by the dealership. So, I decided to tow my Rover to DESI Auto Care, they diagnose and figured out exactly what was the real issue and fixed it next day. These technicians know their Land Rover engineering and it’s not easy to find an expert at that and at a decent price.

Smoke Fixed
They were able to diagnose the oil/gas? Smoke issue of my Maserati Ghibli and provide a good quote. I was actually referred by another mechanic in Burlington County who felt Desi Auto Care would be better equipped to fix my Maserati. I’m happy how I was treated from the very 1st call to picking up my car. Totally professional!!!!

bearing
Friendly folks. I brought my Audi in with a mysterious noise that I couldn’t pin down. Sam took a ride in the car with me to hear the noise, then mechanic diagnose the car to pin down the issue. He explained it was a wheel bearing and gave me quote to fix. I got my Q5 back before closing and the noise is gone. Appreciate your help!

Coolant
I live in Delaware, i was traveling in Jersey and my BMW started overheating. Sam told me that repairs going to take more than a day and this it would be better to find a shop near my home to do this repair job. My W was drivable, but due to the overheating I needed to pull over every so many miles to let the car cool and add coolant. Since I was from out of state he help me 2 gallons of coolant. He also suggested considering the car age (1999) that I just sell it, eventually that’s what I did. Thanks!

My Engine issue
Honest techs. It is a rarity with auto repair shops. Also they back up their repair service with a 2 years warranty and use OEM parts rather than cheap-parts made half a world away.

Inspection
My ‘14 Mercedes S-Class could not pass the inspection bcoz of cat code, Chris replaced the coils and two O2’s and dealership quoted me $400 each O2 sensor and $1150 for a CAT. Dealer has crazy markups. Desi auto Care charge me fair amount and have gained my trust. My father always said if he is a good mechanic, he do not need to rip customer off, they will become your customers forever and honesty is what customers need.

Recall Issue
A TRUSTWORTHY proprietor. Desi Auto Care has been my Land Rover mechanic for 6 years and will be forever! A few weeks back I needed $940 part that I didn't pay a single dime for. why? because he knew there was a company recall that will be covered by the dealership for free. Just one of many good repair stories.

My Jaguar XF was on smoke and drop it off at Desi Auto Care. I'm very thankful to Josh that he took care of my car issues and fix it on time. I have done my homework and from experience know the market value for the cost of repairs on my Jaguar.

Helpful Suggestion
Lately I was unable to bring my 2002 LR Freelander for repair. I visited and explained to the head technician what the major problem was and waited an hour he came back. Instead of giving my quote, how much it will cost to me to repair this, he recommended that the value of my Rover was not worth the money to repair it. He had great opportunity to make a so much money off of me, but he did not. I took his suggestion and found a used Land Rover LR3 that I'm now in love with.

Great Warranty
Professional Porsche full brakes job and less than 1/2 the price quoted by Cherry Hill dealership. And offers free refreshments and 2 yrs warranty including parts & labor. Wow!

Gasket $32
I usually go to dealership for all my Land Rover L3 repair, but this weekend my truck had been making some rough noise bcoz I think was a muffler, dealer told me my whole exhaust stuff and catalytic convertor needed to be replaced. It will cost me $1800+. Luckily the part delivery guy there suggested I check out Desi Auto Care, and I'm so happy I did. Bryan was very friendly. I wish I knew the name of that mechanic who helped me, he took my car in right away to inspect and gave me quote. he took me into the repair bay to show me what it looked like under the Land Rover, which I was very thankful of! He show me place that were rusted and suggest me what to expect in the future, what possible service I will need etc. He ended up just replacing a rusty gasket which was only $32. I feel i can trust this shop for sure!

Great service!!!
Finding a knowledgeable technician for Bimmer is a pain. BMW engineering is complicated and maintenance can put you in the poor house. These techs are resourceful, inexpensive and they’re consistent. they offer great value and stand behind the work they do with 24K miles warranty Also, I have driven Audi and Land Rover, I have taken every vehicle to DESI guys. If you compare the miles you get from the vehicle you drive as a way of describing a car, they will keep you running so long as you own your vehicle.

Car Limping
Tried two other mechanics in PA who could not figure out why my 2016 Porsche Macan was changing into “limp mode” (crazy when you’re on the highway!!!). Josh was the only technician who figured out what the issue was and fixed in timely with fair budget. Also helpful in explaining the issue to me and let me come the repair bay to show me what was going on with the part that was giving me all the problems.

$340 saved
Near by shop gave me an estimate to replace both rear wheel bearing, I thought price was high so , I tried Desi Auto they beat the price by $340.00 they did what they said they would, and gave me 2 years warranty I'm fully satisfied with their service.

PORSCHE
I missed an important job-meeting when my '17 Porsche wouldn't start in morning, it was a super-hot day and I really wanted my car asap. Receptionist gave me an ice cold pepsi...thanks for taking such great care of a new customer who had been having a bad day until I got to meet you. I recommend them unconditionally!!

Recommended!
When my car having electrical issue, I went to Cherry Hill Volvo, they took forever and mysteriously found a two more issue that would cost me lots of money and leave me stranded for a while... Desi Auto Care was the total opposite. Timely and kept me informed. The best is they are transparent! Andrew told me- I didn't need a special-order parts. He discovered it was not connected maintenance and repairs within 5 hrs (not days) and sent me home on time.

Many repair issues
I first went to Desi Auto Care based on a co-worker’s strong recommendation and Chris definitely lived up to the hype. Originally, I went in with a ‘14 BMW 650i and a laundry list of issues I wanted to get replaced/repaired. Chris thoroughly inspected everything and actually advised that I DO NOT replace certain parts that were in good shape. Integrity like that is hard to come by in the BMW repair business.

Multiple Jobs
Brought my daily driver here for front-rear brakes, oil change and coils-spark plugs. The shop is spacious. Technicians and front desk girl were very personable. Chris did a diagnostic and found two things that needed to be resolved. In the office, he took the time to explain and walk me through the issues. I felt that he was genuine. What more can you ask for? I will gladly drive down from Central Jersey to Desi Auto Care for all my vehicle needs.

Brakes
Desi serviced my Audi and blown it out of the park. Latest service included replacing all four of brake pads & rotors and they had all the parts same day. They were very open about the price and finished the job in about HALF the time it would have taken at other shop. I would highly recommend to visit them with ANY issue you have on your German cars.

Warning Lights
I took my father's Porsche to Desi auto Care, without knowing what was wrong with it (having two warning lights ON), fingers crossed they would be honest. I recommend 100%. they done full inspection of the vehicle to find out what was causing the issue. It was just the battery. He did not lie or over diagnose the issue.

Mini Cooper Clutch Repair
Mini Cooper-Clutch: they were straight up about this and said replacing it would mean replacing the entire clutch and it was an expensive job that wasn’t really necessary. There is a small part bent but the clutch is not slipping so I can just live with it until it actually breaks and save my money until then. Thanks guys!

I'm thankful
ABS/Brake lights popping up on my Audi, logical diagnostic would had been "Module need to be replaced $$$." Desi Auto Care technician spend enough time to investigate, perform some deep cleaning of the sensors and everything was back to normal, all that for caring enough to save the customer some money, when the easy way would be to just replace it and charge more money. I will be back and recommend with full confidence.

Assorted Work
I recently visited Desi Auto Care and had Andrew service my '15 Land Rover Evoque. As always, they done excellent job on my oil change, cabin filter change, two tires and replaced all of rotors/pads. My vehicle runs like new again! I would never hesitate to bring it again; shop is very clean and they've worked on both of my cars. They specialize in Rovers/Jaguars!!

Honest services
It's good to be able to check that " my mechanic" box knowing I have a trustworthy Jaguar repair shop I can call and not have that sinking feeling that I may be told to do some repairs that you don't know if you really need or not. I have not and don't anticipate I will ever question the estimate/bill because I trust Desi Auto Care. Quality service and honestly goes a long way.

Audi brakes
I heard screeching noises whenever I hit to brakes. So, visited Desi Auto Care and Chris was very helpful and informative. Instead of shoving brake replacement down my throat, he told me that I had at least 1100 miles left on my Audi brakes and could hold off for a couple months if I wanted to. I decided to replace my brakes anyway, and within 4 hours. Kaitlyn called me that my Audi was ready for pick up. Chris stayed an hour after the shop closing closing hours, bcoz I was late to pick up my car. I was happy with the service. Trust me - won’t won’t regret it.

Transmission
I had a good experience dealing with Desi Auto Care! Chris helped me get my BMW 7 Series back on her feet just at the nick of time... He helped me with care and details. He is experts at what he does and really do know Bimmers like - - (old the new) I totally recommend to anyone who seriously cares about their German cars and needs a professional to do repair or even to ask for advice on what to do next. Awesome folks, very helpful and well worth my Spending!!

driver's seat
Somehow my driver's seat stuck in recline position. It was diffitcult to drive stick shift on MINI Cooper Hardtop when my seat is stuck in full recline. Mechanic at Desi Auto Care tinkered with the parts and found that I had tweaked something and they fixed it without charge (I'm a new customer). They had me as a customer for life since then.

Leaking Oil
Nobody like to pay to get their Jaguar serviced...but I had an oil leaking on my F-Type (148K miles), so I had no choice. After good experience last December, I returned to Desi Auto Care. As expected, every seal, gasket, rubber part, hose and belt, eventually has to be replaced on my old car. This time it was a few power steering hoses, an oil return hose and brakes (I put them off for the last year). Sam and his crew are great. Fair price? Yes..Yes..Yes. All repairs have a @Y/24K warranty. I will be back in two months for brake job!!

On busy Saturday - Andrew was able to tell me what part I needed for my Land Rover Discovery in less than 20 minutes and gave me the part number while LR dealership "technicians" took over 1.5 hrs just to tell me "they do NOT know" and that they don't see that part on the diagram. Desi Auto Care research more than the LR dealer does. Not to mention Andrew was very friendly and went out of his way to help me.

Problems
I don't know how Chris did it but he was able to fix my mysterious electrical isue, now my AUDI TT is driving better than ever. It's been a week and I couldn't be more pleased with the repair. He doesn't try to sell you on anything additional and he go the extra mile for you to keep the price low. If you have an Audi, this is the shop to come.

These are mechanics with big hearts, and extremely skilled at Mercedes Benz. I don't write reviews off a one-shot experience. R59 Roadster
The phone call came back that it was the master, but also they caught I knew that my serpentine belt was almost broken. turns out that I had a bad Tensioner pulley. My Mini Cooper having over 168K miles I was not surprised. the job was done promptly and professionally. Also when i got it back MINI it was very clean and running better than ever.

S-Macan Porsche
My car was leaning to the left side. They inspected everything related to steering system and replaced the air suspension. My suspension is working properly now without any issues. Both are very polite and patient throughout the process. In essence, great shop for your Porsche needs!

Brake
(I was referred by a local car wash) While coming to a stop on a rural road, the brake pedal went to the floor and the car rolled through the intersection. No other cars were present and no accident occurred. Next day I met Andrew, he is very knowledgeable in Subaru's, his Inspection revealed that a brake pipe had rusted and ruptured near the "4 way junction" at the rear of the car. I was very impressed in sitting down with him after the brake job was done to discuss maintenance on my car. Thanks for military discount!

Awesome Job
My friend help me doing the BMW oil change at home-when my check engine sign went on, Emily was able to get me in Wednesday for service. Mechanic was very polite, when I asked for details; he explained what went wrong with our own again with updated information for a filter kit. Cost was very reasonable and he explained service, cleaned up from our mistake without complaint, and didn't judge the fact that the car had been serviced by another shop in the past.

Volkswagen repair
I am a "hobbyist" mechanic and kow my things all right, but when it comes to this, I do not even try to bother especially with Volkswagen's electrical problems. For that I go to Desi. They always seem to have some interesting labor-of-love project car parked at the front of the garage. You always get two years warranty on repairs.

Jaguar’s struts/steering
Andrew is brilliant. He knows lot about jugs. Every time I go in it’s a lesson about my jag. He will always make sure you know exactly what is going on in the car and what the risks and rewards are. I’ve become a customer and I’m proud to say it . He treats me with respect and even give me a check up on the house, as long as Desi Auto Care is here I’m there.

Fan replacement
MONDAY afternoon while driving home from work, one of my 2 sets of fans on a Bimmer 530I broke causing tremendous vibrations from the engine compartment. I called up and Leslie said I have one appointment cancellation, plz come on down, mechanic will take a look. John walked me through exactly what was needed and he was able to save me quite a bit of money and completed the job on the same day.

suspension and oil
My brother recommended me to Desi's shop, and told me to see Andrew, I brought my JAG in to change oil, and also changed my suspension. He is friendly and chilly guy! He also works on other European cars; he has the entire capable diagnostic tool for the service. The car I brought in was a Jaguar XE

Happy with service
Shawn is definitely a German car nut, which is a +plus in my book. His rate is cheaper than the dealer and he cares about the cars that he works on. He just repair (transmission leak issue) on my out of warranty Mercedes I would recommend him for all German cars. His shop is clean and organized.

overheating
My Subaru Outback started to overheat. I had it towed here since it was close to my job. Was up front about the cost of fixing it. Repair done the following day. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has a Subaru that needs to get fixed. I will be going back to them for any other issues that come up.

Complicated Issue
I'm a regular customer, by now Andrew figured out that I was capable of doing the Volkswagen Jetta-repair on my own and simply encouraged me to work through my problem on my own which led me to saving hundreds of green bucks. You don't find that sort of things in the mechanic world and with that in addition to their great customer service, these guys win. May I add that the esthetics of the shop is genius!

Trustworthy shop!!!
My warranty finally expired so I brought my Volvo to Desi Auto Care for brakes. The car was “flashing” at me with the warning light that said my brakes were at the minimum and needed to be replaced ASAP! I was ready to pony up the $$$ because the brakes had not been replaced since I bought the car. Leslie called me the Saturday to let me know that my brakes were fine and that it was just the sensor that needed to be replaced. She said when I bring it back for the next service we’ll check them again or we can replace sensor.(It wasn’t an emergency, so I will wait until next service-Thnx!)

CK Engine Sign
I had a check engine light pop up on my Volkswagen Jetta and during cold starts in morning a lots of white smoke would be exhausted. These folks know their Euro-Craft. Prompt diagnosis and to top it general manager Shawn is the best in my books. Reasonable and honest comes to my mind. Try them you will be impressed.

Tensioner Pulley
I was visiting NJ when my Acura broke down. Called up these guys, they replaced the water pump and tensioner pulleys. Dropped my car off at 10am (they even dropped me off at the mall :) parts were delivered within 2 hours and I was on my way home by 5! With 2yrs/24K miles warranted work, they are fast, honest and reliable.

Firmware Issues
Shawn is very knowledgeable in debugging Jaguar, Audi and BMW, I have taken all these brands to him in last 3 years, and he was able to fix all problems in timely and cost effective manner. I currently have Audi Q7, which he is been maintaining since two years, Recently he updated my car with latest firmware with no issues utilizing a diagnostic tools, this has served me lots of money, as dealer quoted me lots of $$$$ to resolve these firmware issues, as car was out off warranty. I'm without a doubt a "customer for life!"

Steering and Mounts
I had recently bought a used 2013 Mercedes Benz GLK350 and called several places to see if they can fix vibration in steering column. Andrew was the only one who knew what he was talking about and knew exactly what the issues could be. I went in again for the second time to get extra services for motor mounts replacement and now it's running excellent as he recommended. I would skip all the dealerships and o to Desi Auto Care for better price and service.

Major job
I was having some repair done on my '12 Jaguar XF possibly a major issue but I do not want hassle with the dealer. Spoke to Shawn, got to know him and his philosophy. I talked to him face to face after first meeting him to sign the authorization work forms and we chat for 35 minutes. He specializes in German cars and has worked for German dealerships in the past but to quote him on our past conversation, "I can fix anything as long as it has four wheels and a motor" LOL!

Was told by foreign repair shop that 4 brakes and pads needed to be replaced, so I was gearing up for an expensive venture to have them all replaced. When I brought my INFI here, Chris told me I only needed my rear brakes replaced and new wipers, and threw in the wipers for free! I told him I was planning to sell my car, and he said, if I needed a referral/professional to sign off on the up-keep that has been done on my car, he would be more than happy to do that for me. I would bring any of my cars here again without hesitation.

Referral from Costco
I came here as a referral from Costco Tires Department. Apparently I needed new control arm bushings and a few other things done after a diagnostic. I found Shawn to be genuinely friendly, informative, and most of all someone I could trust with my Range Rover Sport HSE. At any rate, while I spent a little less than I really had hoped on the repairs, I think they did a great, honest job and I will come back here for all my other '10 Rover needs.

I called Andrew ahead of time to get a feel for the shop and he was not only professional but very knowledgeable about BMW's. After going to three diffrent mechanics in surrounding area and none of them really figuring out the issue just putting out aids on it. i finally came across Desi Auto Cares Sean went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with my volkeswagon JETTA. He kept me updated on the status and I couldn’t be happier!! My 2012 VW now idies better than it EVER has and i owe it all to him!! Sean becoming my #1 go to mechanic!!

Anthony was nice to deal with and knowledgeable about my MINI R53. We just went for loose timing chain issue and a few other normal maintenance items but we will be back if we need anything else. It's not easy to find professional, reliable MINI repair technician in South Jersey.

Maintenance
These guys are straight shooters, fair, no BS and solid Audi technicians. He never trying to sell me service that I do not need. But he will stay ahead of your maintenance and suggest what may be coming up for you to consider. Always fair on price and take the time to explain your options. I almost hate to share Desi Auto Care and Shawn, because it might means longer wait to get my car back, I am sure soon he will just get a second location. BTW Both of my cars Audi Q7 and BMW M6 are super complicated German engineering masterpieces which mean lots of computers and over engineering I would get murdered at the dealership. I can only afford to own and drive AUDI and BMW because I know Shawn.

Benz towed here
When I moved to NJ, I searched high and low for an honest Mercedes technician. I then found Desi Auto Care through Google. I was hesitant when I first called Shawn and told him the issue with my Mercedes, but he immediately earned my trust when he told me that my warranty covered the issue, even though dealer said it didn't. That's why when my car had an issue in Cherry Hill, I had it towed to Desi. Shawn, thanks for your honesty, kindness, and reasonable prices. I will not take my Benz anywhere else!!

Benz diagnosis
I was looking for a good alternative to the overpriced Mercedes-Benz dealer services, and I found it. I was impressed. Andrew took down my info during our first phone call and was able to set me up in their system and determine what schedule maintenance I needed as well as addressing burning oil leaking issues. I dropped my 4Matic off on Saturday night through their key drop lock box, Monday I was given a diagnosis and estimate, he ordered the parts in, and on Tuesday, I picked up the car. All good.

Mini Brake Job
Chris recently performed a full brake job (rotors, pads, sensors) on my MINI Cooper 2014. He provided excellent value compared to dealership and the brake system is performing as expected. He seems to be an honorable person.

X5 Viabration Corrected
I'm very DIY when it comes to my BMW X5 xdrive35i but there are some things I can't do. After doing a complete suspension refresh my car was in desperate need of an alignment. I also had vibrations that I suspected were from bent rims and figured I'd either need to replace them or live with the vibrations. I took my car to Desi Auto Care for the first time and not only were they able to correctly and perfectly align my car, they were able to balance the bent rims and completely eliminate my vibration issues. That's pretty miraculous.

Saab 9-6
I had a big problem with my Saab 9-6 that had been misdiagnosed by European dealership. Sam at Desi Auto Care walked me through what the exhaust, transmission and door lock cylinder issue was and he was very sympathetic to my financial situation. They are very trustworthy and I highly recommend them.

Great Help
Ryan and folks are great. I used them back in 2016 (on my '84 318i) when I lived in Cherry Hill. I was back to Cherry Hill visiting my family in my '02 Volkswagen EuroVan and had some burning/smoke problems with my van. I arrived and Ryan had fix the problem in 4 hours and I was back on the road. I went back for additional service later in the week.

No brainer, Go see these guys
When my engine fan of Volvo S40 T5 had an issue at 4 p.m. on a Saturday, Chris walked me through the steps to rig it to work through the weekend; then he made an appointment for me very quickly, even though they're booked solid every day. They keep slots open for emergencies and run a smooth business. If you have a German/European car, it's a no-brainer. These are the guys to see.

Good Job!
The shop in South Philadelphia quoted me a $2610 for transfer case etc. issues, so I ended up not getting it done. While my Jaguar X-type was sliding all over the roads on Route 76, I was desperate and brought it in to Desi Auto Care. They were able to get my car drive back to working like for $470. I am grateful to have my car back by Friday. Ryan is really good at identifying my Jaguar problems.

Benz Transmission-Suspension
When I inherited my grandpa's Mercedes Benz. I needed a shop to do the work on suspension problems and also needed a new transmission conductor plate (a dirty job!). Sam and his team got me in an out quickly and even let me use the OEM transmission fill kit I had on hand to save me money. Great communication and I knew what was needed up front with no surprises. Cost on parts and labor was reasonable considering they use OEM, way better than what Cherry Hill dealer would have charged me!

Honest Man
I was visiting a family member who lives in Cherry Hill, NJ all the way from North Carolina. My Audi Q7 started acting really weird and would rev improperly and shift hard. I decided to originally take it to the Audi dealership and they told me I needed to replace my timing chain for $7800. Because of this, I felt I needed to get a second opinion and ended up coming to Desi Auto Care. Shawn must be man who helped me and he was nothing but honest and friendly. He ran diagnostic on my car and found out that I didn't need to replace the timing chain and it was most likely an altitude problem. He reset some codes and my car worked perfectly again on the ride from New Jersey to North Carolina. I wish these guys had a shop in North Carolina.

Audi Brakes Done
Main Consideration: I don't know much about AUDI's repair and need a trusting relationship with my chosen German shop. I highly suggest Shawn; he'll check everything in details. I found out that, my pads/rotors needed replacement. The good news is that Shawn fixed that and replaced all my 4 pads/rotors for a super reasonable price and I was on the road again same day. Earlier in the Aug my daughter's BMW M6 broke down and was towed over to Desi Auto Care. He did a stellar job putting up with my one million questions about repairs. 1. Affordable to everyone 2. Knows German cars inside and out 3. Helpful-Rachael in customer service

100% Transparent Job
I've used Desi Auto Care since I've had Land/Range Rover Sport HSE. Ryan performed all the work on my vehicle from changing belts, oil changes, camshaft, lifters, valve steam and maintenance. He does a way better job than the dealer and charges a fraction of the price. If you're looking for an independent shop to work on your Rover, he is the man. Their shop is 100% transparent, so it's not like the dealer where they take your car back in repair bay and you assume that they're working on your car. The shop's setup nicely so you can watch the work being done and they definitely takes pride as a Rover specialist.

Clutch Fried
I brought my Mini Cooper S to Shawn on a flatbed. It had been joyridden, and the clutch fried. I didn’t know what to expect, but I felt good about these guys. After a pretty swift inspection process, the parts to be replaced included the following: clutch, flywheel, master/slave cylinder, and flex disk. All the parts were necessary; he did not push any extra parts at all. The guys were great with shop-talk, as well.

Sam is the BEST! Honest man for owning European auto repair shop! He'll save your old parts and shows you what they replaced. If you are waiting on the repair, he will bring you out to the garage and show you what his guys are doing. As a woman, I feel really comfortable bringing my cars to him. Too bad I have to make an appointment bcoz they are super busy!

BMW 328i
These folks continue to earn my trust. When I took my 328i to BMW dealer they wanted $2,000 in maintenance done (based on my financial status he checked online-without my permission) Walked out highly upset with a $240 repair bill. Then I called DESI with a running light and tire pressure sensor issue. Andrew fit me in within 45 minutes and I drove out without any charge. Light connection was loose (fixed) added a little air to tires and reset sensors. Could not have been happier. Yesterday made another trip to these guys for my brake light. He did diagnostic fixed sensor and reset computer.

Saving of $1300
After a very bad experience with our Mercedes Benz ML350 at the dealer in Cherry Hill, we needed a good mechanic we could rely on. Desi Auto Care exceeded our exceptions. Sean is very professional, prompt, and good at German cars. We saved about $1300 on an estimate that was originally $2470 at the dealer. If something was going to take longer, he would personally email or call me to explain why. It was a very good experience for us and we highly recommend DESI to anyone who needs their Benz fixed!

Vacuum Line
I recently began experiencing some intermittent issues with my SAAB. I stopped by his shop in the morning and spoke with Shawn about the issues I had observed. We then made an appointment to bring the car in Tuesday. Since the issues with the car were so intermittent, I hoped the car would exhibit the problems to Shawn while he had the vehicle in his bay. He found several vacuum lines that were compromised and could very well cause the problems I had described. It's been a month since that time and the car is running beautiful. All the problems I had with the car have been rectified.

Brakes
I will never take my Volkswagen to the dealer for repair when Desi is around the corner. Andrew is awesome; he can try always getting you in. My brakes were sqeaking a little I thought, oh no here it comes...squeaking brakes? That will be $$$. Nope, he took a look said your brakes are perfectly fine if you can live with the squeak we don't have to do anything. If it doesn't go away and you want us take another look at it bring it back. The squeak went away about a week later. I love these guys! This was the third time I took my car to Desi...I'm never disappointed.

Throttle Body
They did a great job on my 2011 Volvo SC90. The throttle body had to be replaced and there was a software issue, but they kept me updated on the status of my repairs. The cost quoted to me was the final-REAL cost, which was very fair. Front desk Rachael is polite and friendly. Definitely worth going to.

Trustworthy
There is a squeal in a drive train at speed of 30-40 mph when I accelerate my Jaguar F-Type. As I drive on highway car warms up and squeal stops but has been getting worse over the last 3 weeks. Thinking the worst expenses is coming up. I could not get an appointment sooner, bcoz they were booked for next 15 days. But once my car was in shop they were very informative. Ryan said it's a common problem with the X-type and many have replaced their entire Prop shaft as a result of the Center Support bearing failing. He let me come in garage to see. He injected grease at these notches on the back side in the rubber seal where it meets the metal bearing casing. By using this simple trick, he saves me from big expense. (I know nothing about cars; he could have easily cheated on me)

Mini Cooper Heat
I use Desi Auto Care for all my Mini Cooper work. This time it was my Heat. I had misunderstood the estimate and was questioning the bill. Sam overheard me and came out of his office to ask what the issue was. It was a minor misunderstanding in my side, but Sam quickly cleared my misunderstanding. Sure! My Heat now blows warm and I go to my work comfortably. It was 18 degrees and a crowded shop and they still got me out in 75 minutes. All repairs comes with a 2 years/24,000 Miles warranty including Parts & labor. WOW!!

Engine Light
When I was driving on Pennsylvania Turnpike on my '09 Mini Copper "vibrated" hard, then started running ghostly...and the engine light came on. According to Shaun there is a few possibilities like fuel, ignition, sensor...He kept car for a day to fix it and i was back on road with minimum expense. He is Mini Cooper Specialist. I recommend him.

Land Rover Repair, Saved Money
Last time I was at Land Rover dealer to performed scheduled maintenance on my 2007 Range Rover Sport, I brought up this problem: I got an intermittent suspension fault warning sign. I was out of the warranty and service writer suggested replacing the entire air suspension compressor for around $1370. I sure declined. The intermittent warning became a real issue and my Rover became stuck at regular road height and would not lower to Access Mode. My old mechanic (who doesn't do LR repairs) advice me to go to Desi Auto Care. These mechanics are Land Rover enthusiastic! Ryan showed me the diagnostic codes returned by the Rover on-board computer corresponding to my problem and the Land Rover service bulletin detailing my specific problem. Only repair required was the replacement of air suspension related components and NOT the entire compressor. Ryan saved me $HUNDREDS and solved the issue. I called to thank my old mechanic. Sure! Best Mechanic in the Area
The A/C in my 10 yrs old Lexus has been blowing hot air for a while. I figured an A/C recharge would do the trick. Did a Yelp search for local mechanics, requested a quote from Desi Auto Care. The front desk Rachael, got back to me with a very fair price within a 20 minutes. It was easy to schedule a convenient appointment time, drop-off was quick, and they finished within a 2 hours. I found Desi Auto Care by default as I used to take my 2007 X3 to dealer until things got somewhat FI$$HY. I don't regret making the switch to Desi and Crew since they are straight up with their quotes (in writing) accessible via text/email, offer solutions for your BMWs problems (instead of just pointing faults out or even making problems up) and they also do their best to get me in/out same day whenever possible, and with the best service possible. Really! As a female, I can tell you that I felt especially savvy like any BMW owner might be at first-hesitant to ask questions.After over a year of taking my X3 to Desi Auto Care for everything from oil changes, to check engine indicators, drive by diagnostics, or even looking at my tires for replacement, I am convinced these guys are the mechanics for my BMW now and in future.

Mirror
My fiance and I have used Desi Auto Care a number of times and have been extremely pleased with their customer service and fair pricing for work completed. They are also very honest about the repairs needed and don't try to up-sale. An example of this was my most recent visit. I smashed my side view mirror and was terrified that the entire component, with electric, would need to be replaced on our 2010 Audi A4. I drove the car over, without an appointment, and they took a look at it immediately. They gave me the best and worst case scenarios. I left the car with them and within the next two hours they let me know that they could salvage all the electrical and just replace the mirror! I was relieved that the repair would be a fraction of what I was anticipating. The team completed the work perfectly and by the time they promised.

Mercedes Benz 4-Matic - if you own and care about your Benz = GO HERE!!!! I went to three different shops and they changed me for all kinds of parts and work and never got it right over 3-month period. I was ready to dump the damn thing......I wasn't aware of Desi Auto Care until a friend of mine at Comcast recommended them. BMW Repair
Quite Simply, the answer. - I am a very fussy guy with a probably too close and personal relationship with my '94 BMW 7 series. These are magnificent cars but can be bedeviled with lots of little problems which my other mechanic had thus far been unable to really analyze and address. Where they kept just tossing my money at the problem. Shawn and Michael at Desi Auto Care really took the time to listen me, drive the car with me, and diagnose it right the first time.
