I have had John maintaining my autos and trucks for many years. I am 40 minutes away now and still have all my work done by John at Angel Car Care. Went in on 5/16/2012 for a simpe oil change and filter. First time customer and the reason I selected them was through a great groupon discount deal. Well, the 'technician' Pat (? not sure if I have the name correctly) proceeded to lift the car with 4 separate hydraulic lifts in a manual fashion - no 'mathematical' method of lining it up correctly just throw them under the car. Well, the lifts were position wrong and all 4 lifts damaged their respective poitns around the underbody frame. All dented. The technician said they would pop out. bottom line: I got over $600 dollars in damage and my insurance company is still fighting them for the money! (They don't claim anything of course - complete liars) STAY AWAY!

We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this establishment. We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.
