Took my wife's car in to have a head unit installed. Simple install. Nothing complicated. When I picked up the car, the AIRBAG Warning light was on. I called and the guy told me it just needed to "cycle itself" because he had to unplug the warning light. Got home and looked at the invoice and noticed that he charged me $150.00 for a steering wheel control that Walmart and Amazon both sell for $28.00. I trusted that he wouldn't gouge me so I didn't ask the price. 4 weeks and 1500 miles later and the AIRBAG light was still on. I was about to trade in the car so I called him and let him know. His only response was that it should've recycled and to take it to the dealer. No mention of him paying to fix what he caused, etc. The dealer quoted me $150 just to look at it. Everything I read online said it was a seat sensor that can be blown if wires behind the dash get shorted. When I got there to trade the vehicle my value was lowered by $500.00. This guy's error cost me $500.00 in trade value on my car. I'm filing in District Court today to at least get back the money I paid him to do the install. I'm out over $750.00 but all I want back is my $250.00 for the install. I hate being ripped off. People need to take accountability for their mistakes.

I have a 2000 Mercedes Benz E 430 that needed a new stereo. I called Auto Security and Sound and spoke with Mr. Navarro or should I say my new hero, he came to me at my work, professionally installed my new Pioneer System with Bluetooth which I purchased from him, and did it all quickly, efficiently, and at a great price. I am beyond delighted with my new system and would highly recommend for anyone in need of this type of service to call Mr. Navarro A++++++ Mike B.

In December I had (father/son) install Heated Seats, Remote Start, backup camera and they even upgraded my front speakers all in one day! Flawless install, and they even let me watch! All that work in under 6hrs when every other area shop said I needed to leave my car there a day or two and they wanted almost $300 more. Their shop dog Shira kept me busy demanding non-stop petting. I always try to support the small american business over the big-box teenagers. Five stars all the way. Will recommend them to everyone that wants heated seats, backup camera, stereo installs or any type of auto accessory since these guys can do it all apparently. One of the oldest car electronics shops in the area. Plus they even installed the remote start and speakers I bought on Amazon without a premium surcharge. Told me they obviously couldn't warrant my parts if they failed but all the parts they sold me have lifetime labor and full manufacture warranty. Thanks again guys!

My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.
