small home town auto repair. honest ,dependable, reasonably priced. Actually he is usually less than what the big shops charge. The yard may be a bit messy but the guy behind the wrench is honest friendly and dependable. KNow him for like 20 years. Had many of our vehicles repaired there thru the years. He also has a real love for classic cars and often can find parts that are hard to find.

Terrible customer service. Sat in waiting room while old guy treated a customer incredibly rudely. Was waiting while they were installing my tires. Felt really bad for the customer. Tire guy behind desk refused to acknowledge appointment customer had. Think the old guy should retire. Appears to be overwhelmed by the phone ringing and customers standing in line waiting to be acknowledged. I was disgusted by his behavior!

It was great having my car picked up by one of your trusted employees. The service was prompt, and the price right. The mechanic even reset my check engine light for the next time. Thanks for a job well done.

I would recommend this repair facility to everyone. They are very knowledgeable and explain things clearly. I had been having a check engine light issue and had been to two other repair facilities without any success. Susquehanna Valley Fleet & Auto was able to figure out the issue and repair it at a fair price.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service in the body shop. My car was rear-ended, I was advised to take it to LLM, BIG mistake. They didn't put 2 giant bolts in the bottom of the car that hold the car to the frame just because they couldn't get the holes to line up. That's a hazard! They put the wheels on crooked. It's been in the shop twice because nothing was done right the first time, and it's STILL not right. The result is that I have a car that with almost $10k worth of repairs done, that's more then what the car is worth!! Thanks for screwing me over LLM! Do NOT take your car here. They have retarded MONKEYS working in their garage!
