Went in for a oil change and tire rotation at Mr.Tire on Rt.561 Voorhees. While driving on the NJ turnpike at 70 to 75 MPH I heard a loud thumping noise. I had to pull over on the side and check my car. I found my wheel lugs loose, not just one but all of them. The wheel on my car were about to come off at 70MPH. Myself and family and others on the road could have been killed. I have been in the automotive dealership business for over 30 years.This so called oil change tech should be terminated.

As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again!
