Ronny & Lilah and the rest of the team are the best!!! Ronny is the best most honest mechanic I've ever seen in my life! He will take care of the car as if it was his own. Doesn't charge you without a reason. And the prices are reasonable! Love Lilah she's always smiling and nice, so good at her job, always on top of things, with pricing, calling back, and explaining what the car needs through the phone( for people like me that don't have any clue about cars). Great shop, I would not charge it with any other place. I've been living in NY for the last 5 years and Ronny is still my mechanic. I can drive 2 hours just for him to check the car. Ps. Sam at first was extremely kind. I later realized that was only to reel me in. There was still issues with my truck after they fixed it . I called Sam he made me wait a solid week until he looked at it again , hE said they found nothing wrong with it. I called him again 3 days later still complaining there’s something wrong with my truck. He made me wait another week to look at it, charged me again. To say they found nothing wrong it after They drove it four times. 1.5 weeks later I called Sam from the Highway, basically broke down. I was only able to literally drive under 5 mph. I told him my truck was smoking and was making the same noise I’ve been complaining about. I explained to him the smell that was coming from my truck along with where the smoke was coming from. How amazing Sam knew exactly what the problem was, yet he’s been telling me for weeks nothing was wrong with my truck. The problem was my brake was stuck and hanging down, the truck got so hot it melted my calibers etc Sam was charging me over $1300 to fix it. I asked him if he could take some money off beings though I had my truck in there two more times AFTER they fixed it complaining about the way it was driving and the noise it was making. He refused!! Don’t trust them! Their crooks!!! I called another mechanic shop. Explained what needed to be fixed according to Kirkwood auto. My truck was towed from there and towed to Sevy’s auto who fixed it for under $800.00 Don’t trust Kirkwood auto they are crooks. I asked for the old parts they fixed and they said they couldn’t find them. Yea sure. Like I believed that

Cost was over $2,800. That is way too expensive for tires, brakes, inspection, and a tail light, nearly twice what I would have paid at my usual mechanic. As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.

Great shop! Had a clutch/pressure plate/flywheel done on my 350z. Work was done quickly, correctly, and for the amount that was quoted. Evan,who is an awesome mechanic/technician,took care of some exhaust clearance issues (car is lowered)"since I had to remove the pipes anyway". Always appreciate how they go the extra mile to do things right, and taking care of you. My son had his clutch and aftermarket exhaust done here as well. Evan, fixed an issue caused by poor work at another shop, and did a great job installing the entire system. The pies exit the rear end of my Son's Evo perfectly. They are exactly the same height and the exit angles are perfect. Clutch was done earlier,great job on an all wheel drive that pretty much has you taking half the front end of the car off to get to the clutch. I would highly recommend Redline to anyone who want to take their vehicle to an honest owner (Erik)who charges very fair prices, and employs some really talented people on his staff. Your car is always in and out quicker than anywhere else I know. We have 6 vehicles in our household, and if we don't do the job ourselves, the only shop they are going to is Redline.
