At Grand Sport Auto, we have been providing auto collision repairs for over 25 years to our friends, family and neighbors. Our first body shop opened its doors in West Chester Pennsylvania in 1982; from here we began building our business one customer at a time. Today, Grand Sport has grown to 8 locations starting in West Chester, and covering a large area throughout Chester and Montgomery Counties. Cost was over $2,800. That is way too expensive for tires, brakes, inspection, and a tail light, nearly twice what I would have paid at my usual mechanic. As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.

This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

I bought a car from these guys last year and have had problems with starting it from about 3 months into my lease. Their mechanic "fixed it" 4 times. Kept having same problems every time, and now I just had to leave it in a friend's driveway because it wouldn't start again. If I call Charge-a-Car, they just nonchalantly tell me "call the mechanic". Their mechanic, their "trusted" guy, is an absolute nimrod who couldn't fix a car if his life depended on it. I would rather walk for the rest of my life than buy a car from these guys again, and not only would I not recommend Sellersville Charge-a-Car to my friends, I would explicitly warn them to never set foot in this place no matter how desperate they were for a car.
