Great experience! I picked up my Range Rover today after a six-working day turn around on some nasty scrapes on the passenger side and a few on the driver's side taillight. The shop was able to buff some of the scrapes out, resulting in less work and cost. Dominic was very upfront about costs and very communicative. Any questions were answered immediately and the final cost was slightly less than the estimate. I appreciated his friendly attitude and excellent work on my vehicle. My Range Rover looks great. You'd never know there was damage. I will be a repeat customer (or hopefully not... but accidents happen). Thanks!

While visiting Pittsburgh, I had to schedule an oil change and went to Baum Blvd Automotive on the strength of their service to my 2005 Honda Civic when I lived in Pittsburgh. It turned out that, over the course of a New England winter, my car had accumulated a couple of extra problems since work was last done, including a rusty oil pan and damaged rear wheel hubs. I want to note that Baum Blvd Automotive went out of their way to earn my trust on somewhat pricy repairs, offering to call my regular mechanic and seeking out ways to offer me discounts. When I got home and had a regularly scheduled tire swap, my mechanic noted that Baum Blvd Automotive had definitely identified problems I would not want to drive home on and they would have given me similar advice. My only note is that it took rather a long time for the parts to arrive. I was not in a hurry, however, and I did leave Pittsburgh on schedule and safely, thanks to Baum Blvd Automotive.

Andy's is an asset to me and my (family) fleet of vehicles. They do exactly what you want, without trying to see how much more parts or services they can talk you into. I don't worry when I take my cars to them, and I have never been disappointed.

Last minute accommodation --they were willing to stay late to do an oil change on our truck as a favor to us even though they had no open appointments left. I called before I drove out (2 hours). I asked the salesmen to go outside and look at the SUV with me on the phone. I asked him specific questions about the Hummer. When I go there, many of the very things I asked about were totally different than the answer he gave. Rust covered both bumpers. The tubular bars were ruined with rust. Both heated seats did not work. And there was red paint spilled on the side of the SUV and on the rims. The salesmen agreed to work with me. When I got home I noticed a major oil leak in my driveway. I took pics of where it was leaking from and sent the pics to the dealer. I took it to my mechanic and got the repairs done, then called for partial reimbursement. I called 7 times from 10/31 and 11/6. NOT 1 time did I receive a call back. I fully realize that this is a used car, but these were specific questions that I asked about before driving out. Then when I am told to get it fixed and would get a partial refund, it makes it even worse. Thats 2 separate times of lying. I have a witness that was there with me when I picked it up. I can email all the details to you. This is not a company I would ever do business with again. Selfish, deceitful, dishonest, and very unprofessional.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If you want the greatest service for your automobile, you should not go anywhere else. From our conversations I learned that the owner is a custom car guy and very passionate about a vehicle looking superb. I had a scrap from the bump with a concrete wall and visited numerous auto shops in the area. After talking to the owner of JS Auto Collision about my car I was blown away by his explanation of repair and quote which was about five to ten times cheaper than what I had been quoted at other repair shops. Thank you!

I found their ad in St Anne's bulletin. A friend had suggested them. The tech listed what was needed for the inspection and made suggestions for repairs. Even though the cost would be high, I decided to add his suggestions. I'll be back to see them for my wife's car

Have been going to these guys for years. Good, Honest Mechanics that aren't in it to cheat you but just to get you back and keep you on the road.

These guys are great. I've been taking my cars to them for a number of years. They were able to fix a problem that I thought only the dealer could troubleshoot. Michael is very honest and trustworthy, I hope he's not planning on retiring soon. :)
