While visiting Pittsburgh, I had to schedule an oil change and went to Baum Blvd Automotive on the strength of their service to my 2005 Honda Civic when I lived in Pittsburgh. It turned out that, over the course of a New England winter, my car had accumulated a couple of extra problems since work was last done, including a rusty oil pan and damaged rear wheel hubs. I want to note that Baum Blvd Automotive went out of their way to earn my trust on somewhat pricy repairs, offering to call my regular mechanic and seeking out ways to offer me discounts. When I got home and had a regularly scheduled tire swap, my mechanic noted that Baum Blvd Automotive had definitely identified problems I would not want to drive home on and they would have given me similar advice. My only note is that it took rather a long time for the parts to arrive. I was not in a hurry, however, and I did leave Pittsburgh on schedule and safely, thanks to Baum Blvd Automotive.

I had my car at a dealership prior and I decided to send to Baum blvd auto for a second opinion (because I have had only wonderful experiences with them in the past). Once again it was a great experience, they offered to show me pictures of the components that needed to be replaced and were cheaper than the dealership. I love this place they are trustworthy and always tell me if any repairs can wait until next visit or if they are really urgent. For someone with little knowledge about cars I greatly appreciate them and feel I can trust them with my vehicle and being conscious of my wallet.

My daughters car was towed there by AAA thinking it only needed a windshield put in. A tree had come down on it and the windshield was shattered. Unfortunately it was far worse and the car was deemed a total loss by the insurance co. But Brett, Ryan and Keith were extremely helpful sending me pics and releasing the car so that I did not have to be there. Thank you so much for your time and courteous customer service. Would recommend them anytime.
