Michael the store director and Carlos, one of the crew members are very informative and helpful. This is the best service I've received by far from any brake services center. I highly recommend brake check and especially the crew at the Marbach location. A+++. Will definitely come back when services are needed.

If you are ready to hand over your money to inexperience mechanics that do damage to our truck and a owner who doesn't return your calls then this is the place to go!! Do your research visit all the reviews there is a reason why this place is always switching management! This place gets an F on the BBB website!!

I bought a VW from George's that was supposed to take two weeks to get ready while the "engine was rebuilt". It wound up taking almost two months. The engine died on the way home. After he supposedly fixed it, it still kept stalling and not idling. When I complained he told me that the car was sold with no guarantees and to fix it myself. I got less than 1000 miles on the engine before it blew. When I called George he told me that I could pay him to fix it. When I explained how he sold me a car with a new rebuilt engine he told me tough luck (in so many words). After paying a premium price for the car I wasn't about to take it back to George. I wound up taking it to another shop in San Antonio that has a much better reputation. He disassembled the motor and showed me how it had not been rebuilt and in fact was just a worn out motor that George tried to pass off as a rebuild. I have no idea how he has maintained a 5 Star rating. If you don't believe my review please call and talk to the folks in the VW club as well as various local VW auto parts stores. George's Buggy Shop is infamous. On the plus side his sons seem to be nice kids. I had to fix the repairs they made anyhow myself. At least they were well spoken and polite. So is George until you want him to back up his "work". I've owned over 70 air-cooled VWs, managed a large air-cooled VW parts warehouse, and have worked for VW of America. I've never run across, what I consider to be, a bigger crook than George's Buggy Shop.

DO NOT take your car to Fernando Gutierrez! He used to be so fair & honest. He always seemed to give me a good price & quick service. He seemed to actually care about his customers. But lately, over the last year or so, he has changed. The last couple of times I took my car to him he couldn't figure out what was wrong even after driving the car with me and my pointing out what it was doing wrong. But I still gave him the benefit of the doubt & recently took my daughter's car to him to fix a broken axle. He charged her $484. After the repair it didn't feel right & she took it back the next day. He said he looked at it, drove it, and couldn't find anything wrong. Again he wanted to drive it with her for her to point out what she was feeling even though she felt this should have been obvious. She took her car to the Ford Dealership where they immediately found that the axle was installed incorrectly, the front wheel was loose and wobbly, & the motor was resting on the frame! A screw was inserted crookedly, stripping the threads in the axle assembly. The wheel was damaged beyond repair from the loose lug nuts. She could have been killed if she had taken it on the freeway! The wheel would have flown off! He refuses to admit any wrong doing even though he let it slip that he did not do the work or look at it himself. He refuses to give even a partial refund. The repair cost at Ford is $2800 + tax to fix the damage he caused by his negligence. She could have been killed! And all he could say was, "I don't know what happened. Bring it back to me and I'll fix it right this time." He already had a second chance and didn't even look at it. Who, in their right mind would take it back to him again????????

I went here because my door latch was broken and my door wouldn't open. When I told the mechanic all he did was pull on the door and handle(which wouldn't open of course) and decided that the problem was the motor in the door. He charged me over $200 and made me wait for five hours before they finally called and said that it was the door latch and he needed another $100 dollars. We said forget it and when we picked it up they didn't even clean off the grease marks they made of over the inside of the doors and window. AND MY DOOR STILL DIDN'T OPEN! We called again to have them fix the botched job and they said they were going to charge $50 JUST TO OPEN THE DOOR TO LOOK AT IT! DO NOT go to this place unless you want to be ripped off by half-ass mechanics. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Waited for ever and over charged to have my brake clips replaced. About a month later the clip breaks and eats into my rotor. It was grinding so bad, I could not even drive it to the shop. I took in the clip and only asked if they would replace it. They wouldn't replace one lousy clip so I can get my truck moving again. That should sum it up for anyone want to do business there. There are other shops around. Use them.

i was very disappointing at the work they did.i took my block amd they messed up on one of my cylinders when boring it .0020" over and started at .0050" instead for about .0050" deep. so now my # 2 cylinder has a stepped ridge where the deck and bore meet. i realized after they did the work that they dont use torque plates, witch is very important. my fault i guess for not asking. i just assumed they knew what they were doing. as far as them cleaning it, it was full of metal shavings and the water jackets had rust chunks falling out of them. dont go there for machine work. if you do and your not driving a chevy they dont seem to care about your engine.

I went to Ramirez auto glass at 2703 commercial road today. They came to my house this morning and the physco owner took the order wrong her employee did state that they mess up on thier orders very much. SO I WENT TO THIER OFFICE IN HOPES TO GET MY REAR PASSENGER WINDSHILED FIXED TODAY, THEY WERE EATING FIRST OF ALL, DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO MY VEHICLE FOR 1 HOUR. SO I FINALLY GOT UP ASKED HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE FOR THEM TO ASSIST ME AS I HAD OTHER CHILDREN AT HOME BEING TAKEN CARE OF BY A BABYSITTER ONE THAT I HAD TO PAY BECAUSE OF THE PHYSCO OWNER'S MESS UP!! REFAEL SAID THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO HEAR ME COMPLAIN AND TO LEAVE HIS OFFICE. FIRST OF ALL, HOW MANY CODE VIOLATIONS ARE IN THIER OFFICE. THE OFFICE IS SO FILTHY BECAUSE THE FAT GIRL DOESN'T CLEAN (OWNER SHE HAS MOLES ALL OVER HER NECK)DISGUSTING!! THE CIELINGS WERE FALLING APART, BATHROOM SINK IS FALLING AND TOILET IS TILT TO ONE SIDE CAUSE OF COURSE THE OWNER IS HUGE AND THEY CHARGE SO CHEAP BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT KNOWN IN THE CITY. I BOUGHT MY 2011 HONDA PILOT AND FERNANDEZ HONDA USES THEM, I THOUGHT BECAUSE THEY DID AN OKAY JOB LAST TIME THEY CAME OUT WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THE HUGE OWNER WITH ALL THE MOLES SURRONDING HER NECK HAD NO RESPECT SAT IN MY CAR TO CALL COPS ON HER AND SHE STATES GET THE F*** OFF MY PROPERTY. I EXPRESSED TO HER THE PROPERTY MAY BE HER BUT THE ASPHALT IS NOT. SHE SHOULD LOOK THAT UP. SHE KEPT CUSSING AT MY DAUGHTER TOO (7 YRS OLD) SAYING WHAT A b**** OF A MOTHER SHE HAS. I EVENTUALLY DID CALL THE COPS AND THEY HEARD HER SCREAMING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RAMIREZ AUTO GLASS AT ALL. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONALS WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I SAW ONE COMMENT THAT STATED RAFAEL WAS ON TIME, THAT MUST OF BEEN AN EMPLOYEE THAT POSTED. THEY ARE NOT EXPENSIVE AT ALL BECAUSE THE WORK THEY DO IS SLOPPY, CARELESS OF YOUR PROPERTY, THAT IS EXACTLY WHY THE OWNERS HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO GET BUSINESS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEN THEY WON'T TAKE RESPONISIBILITY FOR THEIR
