Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

My car was shaking terribly and firestone quoted me like $1200 for "engine repair". I took it to Manny at us auto and they pretty quickly saw that a vaccum line was out and fixed it in like 15 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn't. Straight up honest.
