Two broken ribs and dislocated shoulder. Owner was very rude and despite the obvious brake lever travel said nothing was wrong. He then proceeded to charge me extra, unauthorized fees, which I had to pay before I could get my bike back. Get it in writing with this outfit and hope they do it right! Crashing is no fun.
