Auto inspection service near Narragansett, RI

i have been taking my truck there for several years,they have been very curtious at all times,always willing to fit me into a tight schedule they have,cant say enough good things about north providence tire,i deal with sal he is fantastic and knows how to deal with the public.

Service done was fine, the problem is the mark up of parts. My items were up by 100 percent from prices they paid. I did my research and got the highest prices around for original equipment for my car. Prices I was charged at Sam's were double for the parts! So service is ok, high hourly rate,but way over priced for parts!

I was in desperate need of 4 GOOD condition tires. Gary sold me 4 bad tires after I asked about the state of the tires and expressing that I drive 80+ miles daily so they need to be GOOD (and I have kids!). I waited for over an hour just to get them changed. One week later I go to another auto shop for an oil change and I'm told "you're gonna fail inspection 2-3 threads on each tire will fail inspection." I spent $180 on crap bull tires and waited over an hour just for them to install.......I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! NOR DO I OR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE I KNOW. If you want to be lied to and pay for poor quality GO THERE! They don't even deserve the one star ...
