Diagnostic services service near Providence, RI

I would not recommend anyone to get any type of service done here. I sent my daughter to have a diagnostics and quote done by these rip off artist and they told her that it was her motor and wanted 2400.00. so I asked her to have it towed to another service center for an other opinion and when it arrived there they had discovered that the plugs and wires and coil removed. I would really like to know how to deal with these type of operators as I live so far away.

I just had the clutch repaired on my 1974 MG Midget at Ron's transmission. He took the time to figure out the exact problem, ordered the correct parts and fixed the issue without a full clutch rebuild/replace. I was thrilled with his expert analysis of the situation to repair my car without pulling the engine, which would have been an expensive procedure. Ron and Paula provided quality service at a reasonable price, and I would certainly return.

I started going to Kevin's years ago on the recommendation of my former repair guy, who retired. All I asked for was a good mechanic who was fair and trustworthy (a lot to ask for these days, eh?) Kevin fits the bill on all the requirements. He works his butt off to get jobs done on time and charges very fair prices. Even more importantly, he stands by his work. AMAZING! My car broke down in Franklin, I live in Watertown...had it towed to Mark's thanks to AAA. I had no clue where to take my car as it was late and everything was closed ( good thing for google looking for local places ). He owns the place and worked on my car, he did not over charge on labor and he did not lie about the cost of parts to make money ( I have had this problem with places in Watertown, Midas, Firestone and the list goes on..although Perfection in Watertown is decent). After he fixed my car he took it for a drive and it was rainy so he replaced my awful wipers free of charge. He inspected all of my brakes free of charge ( my problem was right front brakes ). My car was fixed in no time and he offered to pick me up from the train station as I was not sure how I was going to get back to Franklin, but I ended up getting a ride. His place was very nice, he was very nice..you could tell he loves what he does. It was overall a wonderful experience. He was very honest and I will be making the drive to Franklin for all my car needs..yes, it was that good! Finally, honesty!! Thanks Mark, you saved the day and did not kill my wallet!

The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.

Tuned up my Audi. Cheaper than the dealership and car feels great!
