I had to stop by to get a tire repaired today. What a great experience!! Ricky got my car in the back asap. Getting my repeat business means giving the utmost in customer service, and having genuine gratitude for my business. The folks at Hay Tire Pros, Moncks Corner, exceeded expectations!! Fast, friendly, genuine folks here!! Highly recommend!! (Be sure to take in a doggie treat for Calhoun, the resident golden retriever. Highly recommend carnes towing i went to numerous big companies hill tire firestone etc trying to find out why i was loosing control of my steering wheel i got several reasons alignment bad motor mounts etc estimates from $200 to $2500 nobody could get it right until i brought into carnes towing they actually took time to get in drive it thoroughly inspect it and found the ball joint was just hanging fixing to go any second i was highly irritated that the big companies didnt ketch it and risked not only me but my children in an accident for something they most definitely should have seen! Not only did Carnes find the issue but fixed it at not even a fraction of the cost and very fast an hour in a half my car drove like new again i went through a year of getting the run around until i found this business i highly recommend them and cant say thanks enough!

My son graduated from CofC and stayed in Charleston to work. On 28 Dec 2015, my son truck's brakes were completely gone, which required a tow and complete rebuild. I'm in Virginia and I spoke to the gentlemen at the Mount Pleasant location. It's after the holidays and money was tight. Hay tire understood our situation. Not only did they keep it under budget, but I was able to get the oil changed as well. They even took the time to mail me the receipt to me in Virginia. Hay Tire Pros are true professionals and you can trust them to do the work required without adding anything extra. NEVER take your vehicle to AA! Work is inferior at best, don't listen to customer concerns and generate additional issues with your car trying to scam more work!
