This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I've been going to CMD for years. They know my truck and know me and treat me like family. I appreciate the fact that they are always honest about what's going on, and they are always able to explain it to me. They do great work, and are trustworthy and reliable. Definitely recommend CMD.

I know zero about cars. Actually, less than zero. Would you consider that negative? Thankfully I found these guys. I worked at WBTV for more than nine years and this is where we take all of our station vehicles. After seeing just how nice everyone at Fleet was (from the front desk to the garage), I started taking my own car there. Lance is getting up there in age. Yes, my car is named Lance. He's a Mitsubishi Lancer. Creative... I know. I can't say enough about this place. When I was obviously ripped off by another garage, the good people at Fleet were the first ones to help. The workers here are always open and honest about everything. They take me to work if I have to drop my car off or offer to come get me when it's ready. Earlier this year, I blew a tire on 77 (if you haven't been through that... it's frightening). I called hysterically crying. They didn't even hesitate to send someone to come help me. Lucky for them, some nice good Samaritans stopped and I was able to tell the troops to retreat. Location: You can't see the shop from Wilkinson Blvd... just the sign. Pull in next to Paper Doll Lounge and drive back down the little gravel road. Price-wise: Fleet is a little more expensive than the chain shops out there, but I really don't think you can put a price tag on honesty and integrity. Great group of guys here. Polite and respectful. They never talk down to me, always explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I may have.

Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.

I had a small accident while I was on vacation in Matthews. Another car repair shop said I needed a new oil pan, oil change, splash guard and alignment. Then they told me my car was too small for them to work on and I needed to take it to a Fiat dealer. I Googled auto repair shops that work on Fiats and Red Rock Auto came up. I took my car there and the owner was honest and told me everything was fine except there was a small hairline fracture on the outside but no leaks. I didn't have to repair anything. I was very blessed to find an honest repair shop who didn't take advantage of a female from out of state. Thank you!!!

Jason kept my car for 6 months and his family members abused my car. His relative a non-employee also smoked and crashed my car per the police report. I dropped my car for a head gasket repair with 94,000 miles and it had 101,000 when I got my car back, he drove 6,000 miles on it and tells me he had to keep the car running to test it. I had to go to small claims court to protect myself.

Greg's Mobile Auto Repair is reasonable and fast. He was able to complete my rotors and brake pads replacement in under 2 hours. He even accommodated me on a Sunday which is rare for a lot of shops to be open on that day. I highly recommend Greg for his 30 years of mechanic skills for your automotive needs. Was a customer for years. They accept NO liability if jobs not done right. Couldn't get the U-joint snap rings to my rear drive shaft to seat. Took it to Randys for repair. Needless to say it left me stranded 2 hours from home. Got it to a repair shop and the tech brings me in and shows me where the U-joint snap ring(s) and a cap came out and also messed up my driveshaft. Called Randys to let them know what happened and Im broke down 2 hours away! Randys Service Manager starts getting loud. Says it was something I did. Nothing they could do. After arguing a few min he tells me he needs to speak to his boss to see if there's anything they could do. Asked if he would like to speak with the shop or mechanic where I'm broke down. He wanted no part of it. Never mentioned needing the old parts and was the last thing on my mind at the time. Randys service mgr. just didnt want to deal with the problem, wanted off the phone asap. So I took a bunch of pictures and had the shop document everything. Got a plan together where I was broke down and was able to patch it well enough to get me back home. Get back in town and go see Alex. Seemed like they were going to make it right. Four days later and no return phone call. I call again. Now the lady is telling me I need the old parts, then maybe they can see if anything can be done. Parts weren't the problem. Clearly the snap rings weren't seated correctly and the U-joint cap came out. They want no part of the pictures or documentation I have from the shop that worked on it. Now I'm stuck paying for a new drive shaft AND having the job done 3 times now. Just letting the people I don't know aware of my experience at Randys. Bad customer service and representation.

Took my car in for an oil change and saw that they had a Groupon special. The Groupon was advertised as $29. The owner told me to ignore the coupon and he would give me the same price. His "same Price" Was $79.95. He said that he had to replace an oil drain plug, which on the invoice is only $13.98.
