a day ago I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE ON 01/12/2018. THE VEHICLE BROKE DOWN A FEW DAYS LATER. BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED "AS-IS" I HAD TO PAY IMPORT AUTO MALL $650.00 FOR THE MECHANIC WORK TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE THAT IMPORT AUTO MALL SERVICE TECH DETERMINED THE TIMING CHAIN MALFUNCTION AND OIL PAN GASKET LEAK WAS CAUSING MY ISSUES. I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE A WEEK LATER AFTER MAINTENANCE WAS COMPLETED AND LESS THAN A WEEK LATER, THE CAR BROKE DOWN AGAIN. I CONTACTED MR. FATTAH, BUT HE REFUSED TO ASSIST. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO PRECISION AUTO TUNE IN ANDERSON, SC ON CLEMSON BLVD AND THEY DETERMINE THAT THE MECHANIC WHO DID THE REPAIRS TO THE TIMING CHAIN BEN T THE VALVES IN THE MOTOR CAUSING EXTENSIVE DAMAGE THAT I WOULD EVENTUALLY HAVE TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET. MR. FATTAH AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF HAVE REFUSED TO HELP ME. MR. FATTAH WILL STATE THAT THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AFTER I FILED A BBB COMPLAINT AS WELL, BUT IT NEVER WAS. I HAD TO AGREE TO REMOVE THE BBB COMPLAINT IF HE WORKED ON MY VEHICLE ALTHOUGH I WAS PAYING HIM AS MY MECHANIC TO FIX THIS ONGOING ISSUE. I WOULD LIKE THE $650.00 REFUNDED, THE $1500 FOR THE REPLACEMENT MOTOR THAT I HAD TO BUY AND THE COST OF MAINTENANCE TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE DONE.

I had my dip stick changed because it had broken off. Was very pleased mechanic Was able to remove with little trouble. Had oil and filter changed. Appreciated work that was done on my car. Thank You.

I walked into Dodge's tonight the second day of June and the two young girls one white with reddish color hair look like some kind of want to be Gothic or bad to the bone little bitch which she was not and then a little black girl working on the ground to the right looking at them. Then as far as my cigarettes go just because the two little girls were behind the bar wanting to joke with each other instead of paying attention to what the customer need the consumer wanted, she got my order for cigarettes wrong I asked her to correct it she tells me she cannot correct it. First the quote of 450.00 was a lot steeper than before, but since he was local I gave him the job. Upon pickup of the vehicle a quick inspection I instantly noticed the mufflers were interfering parking brake cables. I was told this was "normal". It is not as the movement will either wear out the cables or cut a hole into the mufflers. I was then told it was my fault as I wanted "quiet mufflers". After a bit they finally fixed the problem. On to round two, once I had left the shop I notice there was now a large flat spot in the throttle from tip-in to 1/4 throttle. Looking closely to my other truck I notice that the new exhaust was much larger in size from front to rear. This does have an affect upon the operation of an engine. My case with a stock engine used in daily driving the large exhaust was a determinant to driveability. I was told he was not going to do anything & that I was an "idiot". So why is a too large exhaust system a problem you ask. It has to with velocity of exhaust gases in the system. The smaller the pipe the higher the velocity. This in turn with the pluses from the firing order create a vacuum effect behind the exhaust pulse that helps remove exhaust gases from the cylinder. With the vacuum effect the cylinder is ready for a fresh & FULL charge of air & fuel mixture. When a too large exhaust pipe is installed the velocity is effected & reduces the vacuum effect on the cylinder. This too large of an exhaust system installed into my ride is effectually leaving exhaust gases in the cylinder past the exhaust phase. This in end robs power & torque on the low end of the rpm scale due to a NOT complete charge of & air and fuel due to spent gases taking up the volume. There are many engineers who work hard at this at the factory to get the size correct. Mine was 1 & 7/8 inch internal diameter and not the 2 & 1/8 inch that Jim's installed. I would say with the attitude I got from Jim he fancies himself to be better than the trained engineers.
