I had brought my car to Sun city to have my spark plugs changed out. The price for my spark plugs and a replacement gasket came out to $120 but labor was over $300. I looked past that because I have been going to them in the past and maybe they did take there time and it was worth it, but when I opened my hood after the service my insulation and plastic between my intake and valve cover gasket were smashed and cracked up, again I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought my car all the way back so they can look at the damage and they said they try to be as carful as they can and that “stuff gets brittle and old and there’s nothing you can do to prevent that” I was just asking for a simple replacement for the part and the Owner himself told me “If you think you have a showcar then work on it yourself and don’t bring it to us next time”. The owner is extremely unprofessional and does not need to be dealing with customers. I only wanted a replacement and just got mean looks and attitude from the owner and do not enough trust bringing my car on that lot anymore even for them to fix it.

Alec and Dillion did a great job on my 28 yr. Old Mercedes. Fixing the root of the problem. Firestone had told me not to bring my car back to them. Luckily I took it to Euro Cars Southend. Recently had the pleasure of working with the staff at The Wrench. I explained to John Crowley the pinch I was in, needing air conditioning several days before a drive from Silverdale to Texas! Every other auto repair business in the Bremerton, Silverdale area either couldn't repair the car on short notice, or wouldn't return my calls requesting a quote. John explained that his business relies on a revolving door style of auto repair, most repairs that his crew undertakes are out of the door by the end of the day. John put one of his repairmen, Kayle Lenz on the job, and after a few days of being sent the wrong parts, through no fault of the shop, Kayle had my AC blowing colder than an Alaskan winter that held up during my long haul. John was even kind enough to give me a ride home after I had dropped the car off. Car is a 2001 Audi S4 that's personally heavily modified, and after this pleasant experience I trust these guys with my baby, will recommend to family and friends.

Was a customer for years. They accept NO liability if jobs not done right. Couldn't get the U-joint snap rings to my rear drive shaft to seat. Took it to Randys for repair. Needless to say it left me stranded 2 hours from home. Got it to a repair shop and the tech brings me in and shows me where the U-joint snap ring(s) and a cap came out and also messed up my driveshaft. Called Randys to let them know what happened and Im broke down 2 hours away! Randys Service Manager starts getting loud. Says it was something I did. Nothing they could do. After arguing a few min he tells me he needs to speak to his boss to see if there's anything they could do. Asked if he would like to speak with the shop or mechanic where I'm broke down. He wanted no part of it. Never mentioned needing the old parts and was the last thing on my mind at the time. Randys service mgr. just didnt want to deal with the problem, wanted off the phone asap. So I took a bunch of pictures and had the shop document everything. Got a plan together where I was broke down and was able to patch it well enough to get me back home. Get back in town and go see Alex. Seemed like they were going to make it right. Four days later and no return phone call. I call again. Now the lady is telling me I need the old parts, then maybe they can see if anything can be done. Parts weren't the problem. Clearly the snap rings weren't seated correctly and the U-joint cap came out. They want no part of the pictures or documentation I have from the shop that worked on it. Now I'm stuck paying for a new drive shaft AND having the job done 3 times now. Just letting the people I don't know aware of my experience at Randys. Bad customer service and representation.
