Chris Monroe, owner of Monroe Tire & Service, is a Shelby native and has grown up in the tire and auto repair business. His father, Doug Monroe, started the business in 1974, and he has been involved ever since. A product of Shelby High and East Tennessee State, he enjoy his family, friends, food and is passionate about anything with an engine!
According to Chris, the most important ingredient in any business are the folks that make it happen every day. The consistent level of experience and dedication that our team provides insures piece of mind for our motoring friends.
When he is not working on his business, he enjoys traveling, cycling and motorcycling. He is able to combine these three interests working in professional cycling as a motorcycle driver for several premier magazines.
