I have a 20 year Toyota Corolla and has never need any repairs until now. Keith was great, I thought the front Toyota emblem was lost during the stay at the shop and Keith immediately offered to call Toyota to get a price and help with that!

Wouldn't quote from the Mitchell pricing index at all. Wanted me to come in for a routine water pump replacement. Said I could go online to get a ballpark price on the repair but they wouldn't quote it to me! Everywhere else in town gave me a quote over the phone. Christian Brothers lost the job because they wouldn't be straight up with me.
