Christian Brothers Automotive was founded in 1982 because there was a clear void in the auto repair industry. Customer service and honest, genuine auto repair service was tough to find. We’re proving that when the need arises, you can have both. We haven’t changed our focus in over thirty years. We still have some of the original employees on board, and we believe that it’s possible to provide the best auto repair service with an unparalleled customer service experience.

Toyota Repair
I'm new to Knoxville so I found Christian Brothers thru Yelp. And like most people had a great experience. I have a 20 year Toyota Corolla and has never need any repairs until now. Keith was great, I thought the front Toyota emblem was lost during the stay at the shop and Keith immediately offered to call Toyota to get a price and help with that!

Request estimate on water pump replacement
Called to get a quote on a water pump replacement. Very evasive response. Wouldn't quote from the Mitchell pricing index at all. Wanted me to come in for a routine water pump replacement. Said I could go online to get a ballpark price on the repair but they wouldn't quote it to me! Everywhere else in town gave me a quote over the phone. Christian Brothers lost the job because they wouldn't be straight up with me.

Quality Work and Affordable

Top Notch Service
Very happy and impressed with the professional, top notch service I received at Christian Brothers Automotive. Keith & Justin were great in keeping me informed via text messages of the cost and progress of the repairs, which were completed in a timely manner. Friendly, fair prices, and trustworthy
They are wonderful!!! Friendly, fair prices, and trustworthy. I appreciated that Justin takes the time to make sure I understood exactly what they need to do and why. Multiple times they've moved my car seat to their shuttle and drove me and my baby over half an hour home so we didn't have to wait there. They are worth the drive! There might be cheaper places, but only because Christian Brothers does quality work and has a great warranty on their repairs (which they really do stand by). -Kelsey Smith
