I have know Fred for over 25 years, and from my point of view, I wouldn't let anyone else work on my vehicle. Prices are always disclosed upfront, and they always try to save me money on the parts costs. They have worked on my vehicles numerous times, and I have never had a bad experience. Shop was unable to correctly diagnose a faulty water pump. Inability ... read more Shop was unable to correctly diagnose a faulty water pump. Inability to diagnose the problem also lead to further mechanical damage on the car requiring additional repairs. Had to take my Honda to another shop to correctly diagnose and fix the problems. Customer service was mediocre to poor. Price was fair considering they charged the normal going rate for a diagnosis, only problem is they failed to accurately diagnose the problem. I do not recommend this shop.
