Engine repair service near Thompsons Station, TN

I had a tire on my car that needed to be patched after getting a nail in it. We used the kit that came with my car which included a Fix-A-Flat type product. This was the only place open past 6:00 pm, so I decided to give it a go. I called before I even got in there just to make sure they could take care of the problem, and the guy on the phone, who's name is Cameron, was nice enough. I don't really know a lot about cars, but I just wanted to get the tire fixed. I got in there, and sat down in the waiting area, and around 5 minutes later, this Cameron fellow comes and tell me that the Fix-A-Flat deteriorates tires and that I need a new tire, which I now know isn't true. At the time, I just wanted to get it fixed, so, not knowing that this man was exploiting the fact that I am a young woman still in my teens who isn't car-savvy, I bought the tire, and they put a used tire on my car. By the request of my mom, I had asked for the damaged tire back, but Cameron just brought it back in with the Fix-A-Flat still in it, and didn't even clean it out. Luckily, after I had called my dad, he told me he would take care of it. Now, they are supposed to me pay me back for the new tire, $90, but I still don't have my money back. I now know never to go to these people. I can't help it that i don't know everything about cars, and it is just plain wrong to cheat someone like that. Never go to this place unless you want people to lie to you while they cheat you out of your money.

I Recomend this place Highly for their Professionalism, Honesty and excellent work performed and real Reasonable prices on their work. They are very friendly and hospitable. I had hit a deer with my truck (Silverado) and was expecting to spend alot more than the estimate that was coming out of my pocket with just basic insurance coverage. They made the truck look show room new again and its a 2002. I was expecting the repairs to take about two weeks, but they had it done in two days and looking great again. They are excellent at their work. The wife like the job they done, that she decided to get her windshield replaced this coming weekend. They also gave her a good price on it from what she was quoted from another shop a few months earlier. Overall they are a Down Home small city great place to do business with and will have my business when ever needed in the future along with anybody that needs a recommendation of a good shop, they will always get a thumbs up and a 5 star rating. I CAME IN AND TOLD THE PERSON AT THE DESK THAT I NEEDED A NEW STARTER, THAT I HAD BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS WITH MY 2003 TARUS WITH LESS THAN 55000 MILES STARTING. I RECEIVED A CALL LATER SAYING MY STARTER HAD NO PROBLEMS BUT THAT I NEEDED OTHER SERVICE FOR OVER $300. I TRUSTED THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THREE DAYS LATER MY CAR WOULD NOT START AND I HAD TO HAVE AAA START IT. THEN ABOUT A WEEK AFTER I TOOK CAR TO FIRESTONE I WAS STRANDED AT THE YMCA WITH CAR NOT STARTING. AAA SENT BATTERY TRUCK OUT BUT THEY COULDN'T START MY CAR EITHER AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR A TOW TRUCK TO PULL MY CAR TO ANOTHER LOCAL SHOP. THEY FOUND THAT INDEED I DID NEED A NEW STARTER. I AM VERY UNHAPPY THAT A COMPANY I TRUSTED TO FIX MY CAR, ESPECIALLY WHEN I TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. I AM 75 YEARS OLD AND HAVE DRIVEN ALL MY ADULT LIFE, THEREFORE I KNOW MY CAR AND WHAT THE TROUBLE USUALLY IS. I AM TOO OLD TO BE STRANDED WITH A CAR HAVING PROBLEMS THAT I HAD TAKEN IT TO FIRESTONE TO BE FIXED.
