I got a lot of work done at Joey's Illusion. All of it was top of the line service from start to finish. I have a 2012 Ram 1500 Lone Star that came with chrome bumpers and grille. Joey and Matt swapped my bumpers for a set to be painted white to match the truck. I also had them do a custom paint job on my grille to match the truck. All of the paint came out perfect and the installation was flawless as well. I also had them install a set of Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks to level out the front end, and they also installed a set of 35x12.50x17 wheels and tires for me. I can't say enough about what a great job these guys did. I will be bringing my truck to Joey's anytime I need work done in the future. Thanks for the great service guys!

First off, let me give a thanks to Sabien and the rest of the staff at Standard Gear and Transmission! The service was awesome, and the results are incredible! Hopefully my experience will help others with the Cummins / G56 drivetrain. My throwout bearing was making noise for some time, and I continued to drive the truck, as it is my daily driver. Long story short, this destroyed my clutch fork, input shaft, and input bearing. I was on the fence for some time about doing away with the stock dual-mass flywheel and clutch. Sabien recommended a South Bend Clutch OFEK kit, and let me say, it is amazing! The engagement is similar to stock, but very positive. It does not grab, and shifts are silky smooth. The trans was refilled with 30 wt synchromesh, and it now runs smoother and quieter than I ever believed a G56 could. Pedal effort with the new hydraulics is so light that I nearly pushed the pedal through the floorboard when I started the truck for the first time. Gone are the truck's tendency to buck and jerk in reverse, and the noises from the factory clutch. I'm literally having to learn to drive the truck again, as it's manners and sounds are like new. Kinney's always seeks to provide the best service possible. Part of that job is to spot problems and get them repaired. When people just do oil changes and NO MAINTENANCE they get big repair bills or at least they get asked to repair the vehicle in order to make it safe to drive. This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. Otis did a great job detailing our car which had long needed some attention and care after many years being parked outside in the sun. He did a wonderful job on cleaning the interior and made the outside look like it had just come from the showroom. Otis was is very careful and thorough in his work, and went above and beyond our expectations to clean every corner of the car. It has been two days and we are still finding pleasant surprises of places where he spent extra time and detail to clean the interior. I would very highly recommend Otis and plan to have him detail both our cars again in the future.
