Scion service near Arlington, TX

Service met my expectations. I was satisfied with the experience of the service personnel. Leaders, Doni and Jason, were excellent in explaining the pathway they were going to use to get Mercedes E350 repaired. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I was as pleased with the work as I initially thought, and by golly, I am! Due to Covid restrictions (I guess) my regular repair shop has been closed, and my car was making scary awful noises as I drove (never a good feeling). Car repairs are never easy for a single gal that knows absolutely zero about cars, especially when looking for a new mechanic (get ripped off much)! Anyway, I was given a recommendation by someone I barely knew to go to Jerry at Christian's Auto Repair, and man oh man, am I thrilled I acted on the recommendation! My car is older (2008), and it is driving like a brand new vehicle. I look down and I am going 85 mph (I never normally speed in my "beater" car), and the ride is as smooth and quiet as a new car! Thoroughly pleased with the kindness and professionalism I received at Christians on Dallas Road in Grapevine, and I will be return there going forward for maintenance and repairs. This company has been wonderful to me! They saved my bacon a couple times! Charles came out and help me the first time and discovered some major things wrong with a car I bought. I found out it was bad. I was able to turn it in and get another wonderful car. And Charles came out before I got the wonderful car and help me out again. The receptionists are great and friendly. I'm a very busy working Mom with a son that plays sports so one thing I can appreciate is the valet service that DFW Storm Solutions offers. They came to my work and brought me the rental car and took my car to be fixed. They even brought the car back to me when it was done!! The time savings from dropping and picking it up myself is what made me want to use them. Not to mention I even made money on the deal because I referred some of my friends. This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. I took it to them at 11 am yesterday and they had me out by 5 pm. I will be taking my Prius back to Japanese Auto Repair for any future work I may need. Derrest S. Farmers Branch, TX
