Service met my expectations. I was satisfied with the experience of the service personnel. Leaders, Doni and Jason, were excellent in explaining the pathway they were going to use to get Mercedes E350 repaired. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

AC Clutch failure

Thank you Jason & Donny! AC cooling problem began with intermittent cooling- contacted grapevine Import Car Care and spoke with Donny. He turned us over to Jason and with COVID 19 contactless service, Jason did a great job! We were notified it was Honda’s infamous CRV clutch failure (a recall issued in 2012-13, but if it wasn’t failing, your vehicle didn’t qualify); Jason posted the diagnosis by email, called and discussed repair, answered questions, wanted our verbal affirmation to complete repair! We have a 2 yr warranty, and cold AC! Just in time-

Repairs, oil changes, diagnostics.

I purchased a single-owner ML320 from a retired gentleman with just 70K miles on it and obviously was looking for an honest and skilled mechanic to maintain it. The prior owner, and his daughter, provided every single repair invoice or record since new. Once past warranty with the dealership, I could see all work was performed by Import Car Center (ICC) in Grapevine and the daughter praised their integrity - she handled many of her dad's personal affairs so had dealt directly with ICC. Face it, European sedans and vehicles can be incredibly expensive to maintain and fix. I wanted to find a trained and experienced mechanic to work on this ML320 - not someone who just completed a training program only understanding they replace parts based on trouble codes. Import Car Center has met or exceeded my expectations on every visit for being skilled and honest mechanics. Along with every oil change, ICC performs a multi-point (32?) vehicle inspection and list what issues they've found and provide a written estimate to fix the issues as part of your oil change service. Best of all, no high pressure sales tactics to get you to commit to and schedule the recommended work listed - ICC explains which are the critical items to address first if your finances are tight. (I have 3 kids in college and 2 have intensive medical issues that are more expensive than imaginable - another reason why the integrity of ICC is of such high personal value to me.) I believe the greatest compliment you can provide a business, especially a mechanic, is to refer your loved and treasured family to have work done by their business. I have referred my son with an older Volvo V70 needing an oil change - and we'll see what else - to ICC of Grapevine. I know they'll take great care of his vehicle and care of him as a new customer which in turn makes me even happier as their customer. The team at Import Car Center of Grapevine is amazing, I hope you move away from the dealerships to these experienced and honest repair shops such as ICC.
