I was traveling from Austin to Waco when my Tahoe lost power and stopped running. I called Smart Solutions and Steve showed up within the hour, diagnosed my faulty fuel pump, helped me find the best cost on a replacement and had me back on the road very quickly. Their price was half as much as I've paid on a past fuel pump replacement. I couldn't be happier with the price and level service!

I can hardly believe how lucky I was that my car broke down right in front of Kwik Kar! I was just passing through town & didn't know a soul, but some sort of karma brought me to Kwik Kar and Amit (the owner) and his very nice & professional staff. They truly treated me like family -- like I truly mattered to them -- and I did because Amit had to go to 3 different places to find the parts for my car. I even rode with him to Temple to pick up one part, and I could just feel I was in good hands. I was right because they fixed everything perfectly and the rate was reasonable with no gouging of a woman who doesn't know cars. I live 200 miles away, but if I needed something major done, I would have no hesitation on returning to Copperas Cove and getting Amit's and Kwik Kar's help. I have had many cars in my life and the typical issues one would take to a garage for repairs, but I've never had such caring & professional & kind group of people concerned about me. You will definitely have a god experience when you go for service. Between Amit & his workers they must have 100+ years of car maintenance knowledge -- they were able to analyze my problem right away, find a solution and implement it on the spot. Knowing what I know about them now, I would have gladly waited all day for them to fix my problem, but the whole thing was done in about 2 1/2 hours. Congratulations to Kwik Kar for having the old fashioned values where customers really matter! Job well done...well done, indeed.

Saved me Hundreds on my Rod. Diagnosed problems from another "professional". Let me know of things I could fix on my own to save me money. Never had issues with any of the employees, made me feel like a friend. Oscar at the Car shop has taken care of my 32 Ford Model B, and my 67 Mustang coupe. I have not had any problems with their work. Not the cheapest guys out there but they have a combined knowledge that is worth the extra dime. Fabrication, ASE mechanics, Dyno work. I will use these guys again! Even have coupons on occasion on their website.

BAD BUSINESS/ RUDE OWNER!! I'm a female so I don' t know much about cars but when I went to this place and got a used tire I pointed out that the tire had small cracks . The owner and his assistant looked at the tire an said it was ok so I left. A week later while driving on the highway the tread came from around the tire and damaged the fender, the underside of the bumper, tore out the windshield wiper pump and bent the windshield fluid container. I took my car to them the next day bc my insurance company concluded that he sold me a defective dry rotted tire but the first thing the owner said was that's not my tire and I didn't sell it to u .. he also said that there's no warranty on used tires. Duh! But the used tire still should not be defective. (By the way... the sign outside his building says warranty on ALL services)He denied everything even ... t know much about cars but when I went to this place and got a used tire I pointed out that the tire had small cracks . After going back n forth the owner put a different tire on which looks just as bad an told me to leave! I'm taking him to small claims court because I have about 2000 dollars worth of damage.He didn't even have the deciency to apologize. I do not recommend going to this place
