Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. Do not buy a car from this Traditional Autos dealership they will rip you off buy sellIing you a(LEMON) car with a bad motor. It will last you about 2 months and then thats when all the problems start. They put another motor in my car an charge me 2400.00 after i check they only did a head job on the motor. it been about a year later and my car is still not working. The owner Billy Braford will li...e to you and not r......eturn your phone calls. They have over a year to fix the problem, if i was you i would stay away from Traditional Auto they are all about the lies. Also Jose Luevano the head salesman will lie to you and do not care he should be able to never work as a car salesman every word that comes out of his mouth is a lie. I pay my notes on time all i ask for them, to do whst they say, I will never buy a car from this company because the owner is a dick head and think he is above all other people . I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather.
