This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. I took it to them at 11 am yesterday and they had me out by 5 pm. I will be taking my Prius back to Japanese Auto Repair for any future work I may need. Derrest S. Farmers Branch, TX

Bob Parra runs a well-managed and professional auto service. We have used them for years and each time they have performed beyond our expectations. From the time you come in to the time you pick up your vehicle, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things at a level I can understand. They do not pressure us. They explain the facts and help us determine the best solution and timeline. Each time we bring in our vehicle, they give it a good inspection so we know we are driving a safe vehicle. It used to be hard to find a good car repair shop. I don't know if that is true for today because we have gone to Parra Car Care for so long. Found my new shop. Knowing they offer a shuttle service is a huge plus, but the service and fair price is what I'll come back for. My mechanic worked with me on my parts issues and I feel like I got a good price for quality installing shocks all around. Staff made it as painless as possible and truck drives like it did new. I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. Dave and the guys there always service all of my 6 vehicles from new daily vehicles to several classic muscle cars. They are honest, locally owned and fair priced. There is a one star rating on here that references a completely different shop so ignore the rating for Dallas Car Care, but read it to know where not to go. THESE GUYS ARE HARD TO BEAT. 100% recommend them.

I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

I HAD 2 CAMARO MOTORS 2ss REBUILT AND THEY DIDNT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY AT ALL MY CAMARO STILL RUN HOT AS OF RIGHT NOW I PAID THEM ON TWO MOTORS IN ALL 15,000 AND NEITHER MOTOR IS WORTH IT DAVID IS NOT A GOOD RIGHT HAND MAN BAD HORRIBLE COURTESY NOT POLITE AT ALL ANGEL THE MECHANIC AND BOSS ONLY PERSON THAT MIGHT HAVE SOME KNO HOW BUT THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK AT ALL THEY WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO GET A CAR FIXED HORRIBLE WORK DIFFERENT MECHANIC WORKING ON CAR AND QUITTING THEN UR CAR MESS UP OH NOT THERE FAULT DONT GO TO THIS ENGINE REBUILDERS ON IRVING,TX THEY NO GOOD RIP OFF
