Automotive Care Specialist were very quick, clean and professional. I will go back to them when I have over repair needs.

I bought 2 new tires for the back. They rotate the front to the back and broke the stud from the front. They asked $50 for the stud then later let me know that while removing the stud they would need to replace the rolls which add $400. I asked my mechanic and he said there is no need to do all of that. The store does not allow me to take back the car. They asked $178 for the time they disconnect my front car wheel which i never asked and the car has to be tolled away. Once the car in their hand, they will find an argument that your car is un safe to drive and you cannot take it back. BE CAREFUL dealling with them unless you have time and prepared to call police.

Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed. Dorsett's saved me almost 350.00 dollars as the truck did not need what the other shop said it needed. I called them and scheduled an appointment, Wow nice shop, good crew and no run-around. Turns out wit was no biggy, in and out in less then a day for a fair price.

feb 2019 engine code not repaired vehicle still not inspected have to go somewhere else checked on utube for equal repair standards and this place did not meet standards thinking to file complaint with attorney general state of texas would not give one star if possible for 100 Hobbs road league city help yourself by staying away from this one
