I have now had three exceptional experiences with the folks at Boerne Import Auto Works. They are fast, do good work, reasonably priced and have exceptional customer service. They've never tried to upsell me or try and get me to buy parts or service that I don't need or want. They have really gone out of their way to help me and each time they have gone the extra mile cheerfully and with great efficiency.

They got my old trucks AC Colder than its ever been before.

Top notch! A bit pricey but to that I say you get what you pay for. They are good and usually get it right! Finally, an honest garage with great people to work with. I will definitely return when the need arises.

BERT'S GENE BROWN TRANSMISSION not only rebuilt my transmission but also at no extra expense to me ordered the correct wiring harness to replace an incorrrect harness that came with the new engine. Also they did a temp repair by putting in a center back plastic window till I could do the correct repair. All of this was at no extra expense to me. I shopped several transmission repair shops and got many stories and prices without any of them really looking at my transmissions. Option Transmissions did a scan of the car with the snap-on modus scanner then they told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. I had a good experience here. This is the first time I took my car in for a repair in San Antonio. I called them for a quote, I was happy with the price (I had done my research), they ordered the part, we made the appointment and then I brought it in. They fixed it in the amount of time they said they would even though I showed up late, they charged me the price they quoted and they didn't bring any new problems to my attention. They also gave me $25 off because I signed up for the text message discounts. I haven't been getting any texts since then but I got and used that first one. I haven't smelled oil since that day. They also gave me a stamp card to earn a free oil change. I'm thoroughly happy.

I have used this shop many times - the neat thing is that they realy only charge labor - alot of shops pad their part cost and make more $, this shop is on the level and they do great work. This shop has a 25,000.00 diagnostic maching that hooks up to your computer - NO GUESS WORK I have reffered my friends to this shop - never a complaint I read all of these reports - I own a business and it seems their is always one person who thinks they are more of an expert at your business than you are...

I took my car in a few months back to get the oil changed. Had a decent experience, it is close to my office so I was able to drop off my car and come back after work. I got the synthetic blend oil change for $20 and thought it was a great deal. I attempted to bring my car in again this morning and they told me that the $20 deal would not work for my car and I had to use the $50 full synthetic. I was extremely concerned because they either put the wrong oil in my car the first time or were trying to take advantage of me and get me to spend more money. Needless to say I did not leave my car there and will no longer use their services. The sad part is that it was the same service manager I dealt with the first time that told me the $20 deal would not work for my car. When I explained to him that I took it to him previously and was concerned that the wrong oil has been in my car for three months he shrugged his shoulders and said we will flush it out. It was absolutely ridiculous and I hope he does not feel that way with all services that they provide. Next time he may shrug his shoulders when they don't put the lug nuts on tight enough.
