This company has been wonderful to me! They saved my bacon a couple times! Charles came out and help me the first time and discovered some major things wrong with a car I bought. I found out it was bad. I was able to turn it in and get another wonderful car. And Charles came out before I got the wonderful car and help me out again. The receptionists are great and friendly. For all of his honesty, Tim has gotten sloppy in his employee integrity. Instead he makes excuses for them. I originally took a PT Cruiser that had a simple problem, replaced a cam-shaft position sensor and he charged a reasonable price. Later I took a Buick that I told them needed a harmonic balancer, that was done ok. Later sent my daughter to him with A/C replacement in a Caliber, I told them to use new orifice, dryer and compressor. Less than 2-weeks it was back in for loss of freon. Seal blew because clutch was not installed correctly. Returned again when freon leaked again due to hose not properly tight. Today daughter reports A/C is still not cooling this summer. Took my wife's suburban for transmission replace. My wife did not even get home and said not shifting right. She had to abandon on road. I inspected and found fluid pan drain plug missing and dripping remaining fluid on ground. I told Tim what I found and he tried to deflect culpability, then I showed him pictures of what I found. Tim had the trans replaced with another. I picked-up and drove the suburban home and immediately noticed the shift indicator did not work (dash instruments). I immediately turned back and told Tim the problem. Again he just shrugged-off the lack of detail and final checkout. I will never use Rae's again.

I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. They had me out the next day and worked with my warranty company.

I took my car in to have it diagnosed for $89.00 as to why it was overheating. They said it was the fan. It turned out to not be the fan. Changed the fan and my car is STILL making the high pressure air whooshing sound that they wre asked to diagnose and is still overheating. When i called to ask him why he decided we broke it (was doing this before we ever changed the fan ourselves successfully) He informed me I was a woman and that he talks to my husband not me. That it is the fan causing the high pressure air release and the overheating. Even though we got the fan changed out. It is OBVIOUSLY not the fan. We have had to change an oil pressure sensor AND a temp sensor AND miss work,bc he was wrong on his diagnosis. When you call to say you didn't diagnose it right, he yells,interrupts,and is a sexist pig towards you. This guy is a real piece of work. There is an open BBB refund request out on him.

My car was broken down and I called Teaberry Enterprises the chief mechanic and principal owner is Scott. I was very much impressed with the service that I received this is a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest one. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who has any car problems
