Clean, Honest and Professional
Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. They should be the first stop source for all mechanical needs but especially when you need a second opinion. I took my vehicle (Acura TLX) to have the AC filter, cabin filter and break fluid flushed and was in and out with my two little ones in no time at all! Great BMW Mechanic and Honests
Southwest Autowerks has the absolute best customer service I have ever seen from a business. Not only do they do everything they can to make sure that your car is running at its best, but also they make sure you are taken care of. While they had my car they drove me around wherever I needed to go since I was without a car and they delivered my car to my house once it was done! I was absolutely shocked and blessed that I have found a home for my car service. They truly do not strive to make money, instead they make it a priority to take care of you and make sure you are driving in a safe car. I will never go anywhere again with my 1998 Z3 BMW. These guys treat you like family and I could not be more grateful. They are a hidden gem and I slightly don't want to share them since I know once they become known of that they will be a hot commodity. Although, it would be much deserved.
