Went in for an oil change before going on a road trip and the GM Michael was very honest and explained that it could be unsafe to drive so far due to an issue he identified. And it did turn out to be an issue that needed to be addressed. Not to mention if I had ignored the advice would have left my family stranded somewhere on I10. He and his coworkers were very helpful and understanding of our situation, I couldn't have asked to be link up with anyone better than Michael, his boss and his crew! Quoted the price of $200 plus tax over the phone and was later told the charge was $276 plus tax due to the programming of convertible top. I expressed to the mechanic, who I assume was the owner, the price I was told and I would like it to be honored. I was then told by the mechanic I was quoted $212.50 plus tax over the phone which I expressed was not what the lady told me. In addition to not being charged the right amount I asked the receptionist if it’s possible for the mechanic put the battery housing cover back on the battery once complete since an O’Rileys worker removed it to inspect the battery. She stated it wasn’t a problem which I later discovered it was not done. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I was provided given it was my first time having maintenance done at the shop.

Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed. The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.
