As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Beware! Doesn't stand behind warranty work and gives you the run around. Spend the extra money to go somewhere you can trust them to stand behind their work. Very frustrating to pay a thousand dollars and in another year have to pay someone else to fix it the right way. Only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.
