BMW X5 4.8l communicated low coolant levels. Contacted BMW dealership in Arlington to identify if service advisor could set up appointment. BMW Service advisor was cold and lacked empathy to my situation. I contacted DFW Bimmer and explained what had happened and Jesse communicated that he would be happy to fit me in and check out my X5. I located his facility and he had me park my vehicle in one of the bays. First time there and I was impressed with how clean he maintains his bays. Also impressed with his professionalism. He walked me through the service. Explained the error, validated that the coolant was low and even checked to verify that no leaks were visible. He also performed a vacuum seal test to verify that hidden leaks were not present. His staff was pleasant and professional. You could tell that Jesse takes pride in what he does and his customer service was excellent. He understands how to earn repeat business. I will recommend his facility to friends and acquaintances that live in the area and require quality service in the DFW area. I am also happy to provide a reference on his behalf to future customers. BMW Repair and Maintenance

From the first time I went to DFW Bimmer I was impressed. I previously went to the dealership and other indy shops and hated them. I always felt like I was overcharged and waited at least 2-3 days to get my car fixed each time it went in. My first experience with DFW Bimmer and Jesse - the car was ready for pick up the same day. The other times I've been there - less than 1.5 hours. His prices are less than the other shops I've used and he doesn't charge for every little thing. I can honestly say each time I have been there, another customer will tell me about something silly that a dealer was going to charge a few hundred dollars for that he fixed for free because it was quick and easy. It's hard to find a good BMW shop, but this one is the best I have been to by far.
