Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

Yesterday I went and had my oil changed at 78 Quick Lube Farmersville TX. There was a truck in the bay in front of me and they said it would be about 5 minutes and they would be finished with it. It took the 45 minutes to change the oil in my car. When I went up to pay they explained the charges. So much for the oil change and extra for the extra oil. I questioned them and told them my car took 4 qts but I didn't know the exact amount. The owner walked up and was very cocky and argumentative. Stating that is what they system showed. I paid and drove home, got the book out and it says my car takes 4.75 qts of oil. I called 78 Quick lube and the manager answered the phone. I explained to him what had happened and he said "did you check the dipstick?" "It isn't overfull" When I argued with him that I didn't need to check the dipstick because my book said 4.75 qts. of oil he put the owner on the phone. He said the same thing "did you check the dipstick" I told him I didn't know which dipstick down there checked the dipstick but they didn't know how to read one because it has to be overfull because my car only takes 4.75 qts. and they put 5.5 qts. of oil in it. I then hung up on him because all he wanted to do was tell me not to yell and that i was wrong. My dad checked the dipstick and low and behold it was overfull. He called down to 78 Quick Lube and the owner got on the phone and admitted to putting to much oil in my car. He stated if I would bring it back down there they would drain the oil and fix it and refund my money. I took it back down there fully expecting the owner to be there but he had just left as I was pulling in.There again that told me how much my business meant to him. They drained "some" of the oil out and started to refill it. I told them i would feel much better if they would drain all of the oil out and refill it so I would know exactly how much oil was in my car. They told me the dipstick doesn't lie. I came by a few minutes before 5 to get an inspection . The guy at the desk took my keys and my insurance and told me they would get me taken care of. My daughter and I hung out in the lobby for a few minutes before walked across the street to get tea. An employee yelled at us from the door something I couldnt hear. I motioned we would be right back and they were pulling my car into the bay. He nodded to me. Upon returning not five minutes later, the whole facility has been shut up and my car is sitting in the parking lot. When we come inside the owner, aggravated, gets up thrusts my keys at me says harshly "Here are your keys!" I took them from him and ask him what is going on to which he responds "I told you we are closed. I cant hold four guys here while you go across the street for a drink!" Excuse me? I told him we were told they would do it, had no idea they were closing, it says on the door they close at 6 and it is 5:10. Again, instead of addressing me as a professional, he takes a rude tone with me: "We close at 5 during the winter and 6 in the summer." I realized there would be getting no where with a guy who acted like this. So I just told him the website also says 6 and walked out. I tried to message him on Facebook asking why I would get treated in such a way when I was only trying to frequent his establishment but he has no leg to stand on and wont answer.

Oil, lube, car wash, and state inspections.

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

Nick goes above and beyond to provide a great service at the lowest cost possible. He will shop parts from different suppliers to find a deal, etc. then present all the options to you and he lets the customer decide. He has always been honest with me and never suggests extra work that doesn't truly need to be done. Never pushy. Always wants what is best for the customer's needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
