Mufflers repair service near Cloverleaf, TX

I have had prepaid service on my Mini Countryman S so I only had that experience. After that plan ended, the first time I took my car for service because the engine was kind of sputtering, I received a diagnostic that I had to change my spark plugs and a couple of other minor adjustments and they gave me such an outrageous quote that even the Mini serviceman was surprised! Fortunately I found Uptown Motorwerks and made the drive there. Wow, what a relief. Not only were they very fast and courteous, they helped me decide what would be better to do asap, what could wait. I left them my car and had a guy from their shop drive me back to my house (not a short drive). My car was ready the very next day and a great price and has been running perfectly after that. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been coming to this location for nearly 5 years and have seen the changes that have taken place with the staff and management. Recently, I took my husband's 2010 Chevy Silverado in to get a rebuilt engine and had to bring in my 2012 Chevy Malibu at the same time for a new engine, this was completely unexpected and frustrating, yet Thomas ( manager) made our experience well worth our time and money. Thomas went above and beyond for us. He is/ was honest, straightforward, dedicated to making us happy, and you know he loves what he does for a living. This is not the first time I had a problem with Mark the owner at Deerpark muffler. The first time I had him put new exhaust on my 1974 GTO I tried to go over some things with him and he told me that he was good and it had to be done the way he does it so I let him. When I picked the car up I told him that was not going to work the tail pipes where to close to the tires and I was going to put larger tire on it. He told me he didn't have a cristle ball and that he would redoo it but was going to charge me again. The next time I brought my 1968 camaro convertible I called him and made a appointment for the next morning at 8:00AM when he opened. It looked like it was going to rain but I had an obligation so I huried there at 8:00AM I get there and there was no cars on the racks. I ask him where he wanted it and he told me he didn't have room for it I should have brung it on a tuesday or wednsday that there was three are four cars ahead of me and the car had to stay all day and that I couldn't stay with it. So I left for the last time. This is not any way to run a bussiness and he is rude

Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed. Dorsett's saved me almost 350.00 dollars as the truck did not need what the other shop said it needed. These guys are VERY knowledgeable on diesels and the work was performed to my complete satisfaction! The staff is very friendly and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.
