I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

I took my care to the shop after taking my care to euro automotive who took me for a fortune and did not fix my car at all, but, Meadlin's did the fixed my 2002 BMW 745LI and I have no leaks and my suspension is on point. I HIGHLY recommend this shop GREAT PRICES AND VERY GOOD WORK. THANKS FOR RESTORING MY FAITH IN AUTO REPAIR SHOPS.. BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP WOULD HAVE BROKE ME.

The mechanic there named Terry is a bold faced liar. Quoted me $850 worse case scenario. Had my car for a couple days, gave me a call told me again on this second occasion, $850 for parts/labor & also mentioned a $60 belt that I denied maintenance, to fix only the main problem. (2) days laters Terry tells me it's going to be $1,900. I let him know absolutely no way, so he convinces me, cons me into his front desks pre-approved on the spot loan that I'll be able to pay within a year. Paid him all my money, $1,000 so he "would be able to order parts". Now Terry says my rides ready, but I have to give him a check for $952. So basically Cookson's Transmission City has my car(house right now), my life savings, and most of my personal belongings for $150 over originally quoted on two seperate occasions.

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. Otis did a great job detailing our car which had long needed some attention and care after many years being parked outside in the sun. He did a wonderful job on cleaning the interior and made the outside look like it had just come from the showroom. Otis was is very careful and thorough in his work, and went above and beyond our expectations to clean every corner of the car. It has been two days and we are still finding pleasant surprises of places where he spent extra time and detail to clean the interior. I would very highly recommend Otis and plan to have him detail both our cars again in the future.
