Total incompetence . Axton fleet service really messed up my new 2015 Ford transit it took them three tries to get the cabinets in my truck the way there employee Easton drew it up on paper. Leaving 20 holes in the floor of my new truck. Then there tech shorted out the computer that controls the dash board in my truck while installing my power inverter. And they refuse to pay Ford for the cost of repair to the computer.

If you want service from these people hope you can work with out your your truck for a week. Slow call them to ask if they can service truck in the morning they tell you they can. You call back next day have not started on it might get to in next day. Call next day after we have lost sale's because we can't get something delivered because truck is in shop for a oil change. Still have not started on it! have not even asigned it to be worked on. Went picked it up going to find someone else to do service work. If I can help it will never go back to them and never buy Isuzu from them.

I would not recomend this repair shop unless you have no need for your truck. It took over 2 weeks to repair and it was a simple job radiator, and clutch fan, if you use just plan on waiting and waiting and waiting. It can make you life hard if you need you truck
