My 2013 GLK 250 Mercedes needed new brakes I first went to Mercedes Benz Sugarland they quoted the repair at $825.00 plus tax for the front only I thought the quote was high I usually use them but after the bad service I kept getting from them I decided to get quotes for other Auto shop that are repeatable with repairing high end vehicles, I checked around for 2 days the prices at most shops were around $150 - $200 less expensive then Mercedes Benz Sugarland Wow! that's a saving but then on Saturday June 27 I called Eurocare because I've heard from an neighbor that they're repeatable and prices are good also. I spoke to Cody he was very knowledgeable about my Mercedes which made me feel very comfortable and he was so nice also the job could be done today! I was so relieved because it has been very difficult to find a shop that prices were good and I was comfortable with them doing the job. They even offered to take me home and pick me back up in a couple hours so I thought wow! its getting better and better. I got my brakes repaired for $469 almost half the price of Mercedes Benz Sugarland and they washed my car and cleaned the inside. Eurocare is a 5 Star Auto repair shop with excellent customer service they went beyond my expectation and the staff was very pleasant to work with. This place is so unprofessional, dishonest, and rude. They told me they do diagnosis for $29.99 but charged me for $70 instead. Their reason is that i turned down the first price the first time. That does not make any sense. Also they did not clarify that $70 is the regular price. It is so cheap to make business like that. So make a low price just to attract customers but charge them extra when they actually go there? Just give me the original price, don't play any games. I would still go there to check my car because it is still cheaper than dealers. Now after all these dishonest act, i will never go to this place, same goes to EVERYONE that I know. When i confront them, they gave me rude attitude and saying come back another day if i want to keep on arguing or robbing the place??! No body is going to rob you, YOU robbed me!! what an attitude. I am not a complaining person but this is so unprofessional and this is not how you do business for what i know. So Do not ever go there, it is the last place on this earth that you will go for your car. Actually, cross that off, i would rather let me car die on the road than take my precious car to that damn place.

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

I am very satisfied with the work by A+ Transmission Specialists. Being a disable veteran, I Strongly advice anyone needing not only transmission work but any type auto mobile service to feel confident that you will see quality work.
