Mufflers repair service near Crosby, TX

I went into this shop to shop replaced my catalytic converter as the check engine light came on. Has the diagnostic done in that shop that read one code, which translated to the cat converter needing replacement. Well they replaced it, but when I saw them bringing my car back to the floor, the employees were pushing my car. I get to my car and three notifications are lit on the dashboard including the "check engine light." Now my car doesn't drive past 5 mph. Well I took my car to the dealership and apparently the Fast Traffic Mufflers employee somehow managed to reset the car's computer, leaving me $1000 in the hole. The deny any wrong doing and refuse to assist with repairs. I will be seeing them in court for reimbursement. Please save your time and money in taking your car here.

I have been to several auto repair shops in Houston and this one is absolutely the worst of them, by far. So I wanted to do a simple state inspection on my car, which runs very well without any noise or problems. Their behavior was so rude, unprofessional, and dishonest and they wasted my time by making me visit four times without finishing a simple inspection although they charged me for that. First time I went there, "their machine was down" so I came back the day after. After several hours of waiting, the rude staff told me that my car needs a CV axle replacement that costs $400 and without that replacement, they won't pass the inspection. (Note: CV axle is not even part of the state inspection!) But regardless of that they charged me for the inspection service and they gave me a 10-day grace period to fix this axle and come back to finish the inspection for free. So I replaced the axle in another shop for $250!! and came back the next week to finish the inspection for free as he promised me. But guess what? "The machine was down" again so they asked me to come back the day after. Finally, I took my car for the forth time and he told me "their machine is still down" and I need to take my car to another shop in order to catch the registration deadline. But I have already paid them for the inspection. When I complained, they just denied the whole story and whatever he already promised me to do. VERY RUDE! I do not recommend this shabby shop to anyone. I wish I could rate them zero stars.

Was sent to this shop by Discount Tires to repair a stud they broke on my van. This shop is horrible, they lack in Customer Service and gave me the run around and never fixed the van. Discount Tires was notifed and they are currently looking for a new vendor.

Horrible Service. These boys don't know what there doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. They took my money but did not provide the service stated on the invoice. Had to get new brakes and rotors within 3 months of them putting new brakes and Rotors on, really really!!! Better Business Bureau gives this Meineke location an "F" rating . Sad but true they are not to be trusted. This business is not BBB accredited.

I was quoted $219 to install a Ignition Control Module, ( 6 5mm screws), the mechanic went next door to XL Parts, purchased a after market module for $139.00, installation took a total of 30 minutes, Mayco charged me $421.00 for part, $85.00 for test, total was $546.54,I returned on Monday and provided the manager 4 prices from 4 different parts houses, including price from XL Parts next door, I agreed to pay 30% over XL Parts price $180.70, he refused to settle,refused to show me XL Parts invoice, I offered a very fair price of $248.00, ( includes module, test, taxes ), Manager refused to discuss!! A COMPLETE RIPP-OFF, STAY AWAY
