I wish I could give the idiots a negative amount of stars. The owner is the leader of the idiots. I have went here for the last 5-6 oil changes. This time is different because now I trust them to do an oil change and wheel alignments. I wait 2 hours for them to complete my services , when they are done I get into my car and leave. Once into my car I notice it’s hesitant and barely goes forward when I press the gas. Next thing I notice is my rear view, everything behind me is white. There is a ton of smoke coming from my tail pipe. I call them and I return heavily upset. This is my only vehicle. I bought it with 50k miles, I drive Uber for extra cash so I now have 220k but I’m always keeping the maintenance done in the car. The car is very well kept. New tires oil change brakes is all I ever change. I basically brought my car here normal and left with my car smoking and not going forward. The owner refuses to acknowledge my concerns. The mechanic who did the work acknowledged my concerns and also that it wasn’t smoking it had any issues when I brought it there but they wouldn’t let him check it out. The receptionist was very argumentative. Wouldn’t acknowledged how I felt about coming for a routine oil change ending with my car needing to be towed away because it wasn’t drivable. . The owner then says it’ll be 120$ to check out the issue that they caused. His also says ‘take me to civil court and let them take care of it because I’m not fixing it.’ I called the police and was told to leave and it’s a civil issues. Please save yourself the time and money in the long run by dealing with a reputable car repair shop. Update : they put 10 quarts of oil in my vehicle and the car only takes 5 quarts.

Went in for an oil change before going on a road trip and the GM Michael was very honest and explained that it could be unsafe to drive so far due to an issue he identified. And it did turn out to be an issue that needed to be addressed. Not to mention if I had ignored the advice would have left my family stranded somewhere on I10. He and his coworkers were very helpful and understanding of our situation, I couldn't have asked to be link up with anyone better than Michael, his boss and his crew! I found the shop to be very clean and the waiting area impressive. The work they did for me was done on time and for exactly what they told me. I will be back!

Came to house to evaluate car problem. Was leaking transmission oil. Determine it was only a hose replacement. They are a trustworthy Company. Fixed problem same day. Recommended future items to look at for near future to prevent future problems. Very friendly family.

DO NOT take your vehicle here for repairs unless you know EXACTLY what needs to be fixed. Firestone will do whatever it takes to get your invoice to at least a $1,000 total. I took my car in to have tires rotated, oil changed and car looked at for rough idle. Firestone ran a diagnostic and said I needed new spark plugs (the car only has 76k miles!). On top of this they assured me that I was in dire need of front brakes and rotors, but that the back brakes looked good...I thought, wow, how nice that they were honest enough to not scam me into all brakes and rotors being replaced. I went ahead with changes and my bill came to a little over $1,600. I drove off, the car still idled rough. I went back and got the fuel injection cleaning, but it still did not seem right. Only after a few full tanks of Chevron gas w/Tektron did the car seem to run smoothly. (Because of this, I question whether the $800 for spark plug replacement was necessary). A few months later (and only a few thousand miles later at best) the check engine light came on. We took car to local Advance Auto Parts who obtained code for us free of charge. We took the car to Firestone, gave them the code and also asked them to take a look at a rattling noise coming from exhaust--the heat shield. Based on the code they said we needed a smoke test. Once test was done, we received a call from them stating we needed Solenoid and Fuel Cap replaced. They also said bill would be around $300. We said ok. Once solenoid work was done, we received another call from Firestone who strongly recommended replacing rear brakes, rotors and Axle seals! I said, let me guess, this will total about $1,000. They gave me break down and sure enough, $1,000. I told them no thanks, to only fix engine light problem. They proceeded to call us back 2 more times stating it was dire we had these additional repairs made. We smelled something fishy and kindly declined the recommendation again and again. Only dealt with front desk, as this was just for an estimate. He was nice and knowledgeable. Have always received good service at Repair One.
