I am not a person that writes a lot of reviews. In fact, this is the first one I have ever written and I'm 58 years old but I must say I felt an unbelievable desire to share my experience that I had with Swift Auto Care in Royse City, TX. I am not from Texas; in fact I live and work about 250 miles from the Royse City area and was visiting a friend when I found myself 4 hours away from home with deadlines to meet at work the following day and quite frankly at the mercy of an auto repair shop to fix my car as I was in need of immediate service. In a world where it can be extremely difficult to find an honest mechanic at a fair price I have to say I was incredibly happy to find T at Swift Auto Care. Since that time I again found myself in a similar situation when I was in this area and my headlights quit working. I didn't have to think twice about who to call. T; the owner was not only willing to help he refused to let me pay him for this service. Huge thanks to T and the employees at Swift Auto Care for getting me back on the road and home safely. You are truly an asset to this community and a blessing.

This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I could not be happier with the service these guys provided. I called them to fix a blown tire on my daughter car on the side of the highway. They had someone there in less than 20 minutes and did a great job. 5 stars for these nice guys.

Best way to maintain your BMW in all of DFW! DFW Bimmer is easy to get to from anywhere in the metroplex. Jesse makes time to see your vehicle the same day that you call. He is friendly and honest and gets the job done right! Albert is welcoming to all of their customers. They communicate the necessary repairs and give options to suit your budget. Excellent service, I have been with them for a few years .. They have always been totally honest with me and take goood care of my vehicles ... I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need ....
