Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. The mechanic there named Terry is a bold faced liar. Quoted me $850 worse case scenario. Had my car for a couple days, gave me a call told me again on this second occasion, $850 for parts/labor & also mentioned a $60 belt that I denied maintenance, to fix only the main problem. (2) days laters Terry tells me it's going to be $1,900. I let him know absolutely no way, so he convinces me, cons me into his front desks pre-approved on the spot loan that I'll be able to pay within a year. Paid him all my money, $1,000 so he "would be able to order parts". Now Terry says my rides ready, but I have to give him a check for $952. So basically Cookson's Transmission City has my car(house right now), my life savings, and most of my personal belongings for $150 over originally quoted on two seperate occasions.

After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I go to this place to just get some gas and try to find a place that does oil change. As I stopped at the pump I noticed this guy started to walk toward my car. He then tells me that this is a full service and I was like what? Then he says at this pump we fill your gas for you. I told him thanks, but I will try next time. Then I noticed that it was a shop so I asked him how much for a oil change. He said 24.98 and I asked him how long will it take. He told me It would take about 15 to 20 minutes. Well It only took 10 minutes and he was done. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a oil change to check this place out. Plus if you don't feel like getting out your car to pump your gas do the full service. It's only little bit more. Thank you Bill for taking good care of my car. Good friendly, and courteous people.

Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.
