I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I was as pleased with the work as I initially thought, and by golly, I am! Due to Covid restrictions (I guess) my regular repair shop has been closed, and my car was making scary awful noises as I drove (never a good feeling). Car repairs are never easy for a single gal that knows absolutely zero about cars, especially when looking for a new mechanic (get ripped off much)! Anyway, I was given a recommendation by someone I barely knew to go to Jerry at Christian's Auto Repair, and man oh man, am I thrilled I acted on the recommendation! My car is older (2008), and it is driving like a brand new vehicle. I look down and I am going 85 mph (I never normally speed in my "beater" car), and the ride is as smooth and quiet as a new car! Thoroughly pleased with the kindness and professionalism I received at Christians on Dallas Road in Grapevine, and I will be return there going forward for maintenance and repairs. This company has been wonderful to me! They saved my bacon a couple times! Charles came out and help me the first time and discovered some major things wrong with a car I bought. This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. Bob Parra runs a well-managed and professional auto service. We have used them for years and each time they have performed beyond our expectations. From the time you come in to the time you pick up your vehicle, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things at a level I can understand. They do not pressure us. They explain the facts and help us determine the best solution and timeline. Each time we bring in our vehicle, they give it a good inspection so we know we are driving a safe vehicle. I called and talked to Joe about installing the Amp Reseach power running boards. Joe told me to go ahead and bring the truck and boards in and he would look at them. Joe called and gave me the price and i told him to go ahead and install them. Justin installed them with no problem and had the vehicle ready to go the next day. Had a slight problem with one side but took it back down and Justin adjusted it and had me ready to go in a short time. Great work as always, would not trust my car with anyone else!! Mark C.

This company does not deserve any stars. I came for a tire change after a flat. I drive a Jeep so the spare is in the cargo area. They fix my tire for $50 (ridiculous), and I leave unsuspecting of anything. I go to get some things out the back when the weekend comes a couple of days later, and I realize not only are all my brake lights broken but by door handle is broken as well and my door won't open. Someone let my back door slam shut because it does not have a holding hinge arm. I go the shop to confront them, and these guy ridicule me and the owner laughs at me because I am upset about my car. They then leave me outside and close the garage doors in my face. I hope they go out of business. My jeep is older but always very reliable, but I guess this gives them an excuse to disrespect me and my vehicle. I am repulsed, and I promise with the money I save using my jeep will be used to sue them for their negligence.
