i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

I have been going to 3rd street garage for a little over a year and have had several things fixed on my jeep. One was the steering box in my jeep last year. When I picked up my jeep the airbag light was on. The mechanic told me to just unhook the battery and the light will go away. I did that and the light remained on. I called Melvin and he said bring it in. I also had a leak in my radiator so I went by there . They were suppose to fix the radiator and fix the airbag problem created when they were working on the steering box. I was even told by the mechanic that is was a clock spring that probably broke while working on it. When I picked up the jeep they fixed the radiator and did not fix the light. When I asked about it they told me they they need to order a special tool to see what the problem was but they said if it was the clock spring then its on them, and if its my airbags then its on me. WHAT??? My jeep was fine when I let you work on it and now there is a problem. It should not be anything I have to deal with. I called back to see if they had this "Special Tool" and was told that Melvin would call me back. That has been 5 days ago and I have not heard from anyone.. Also I find out from them that the whole time, including now, that my airbags will not work if I have an accident. I have had my kids in that vehicle quite a bit and never knew this. The place is ran horribly and is very dirty. I am sure they they have done some people right, but the experience I have had with them has been HORRIBLE. The fact is there is probably no special tool and they are just hoping I don't come back. The spring cost over $400 they told me and that's $400 that they should eat, not me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I have been using Adams Central Auto Care for about five years now. My previous mechanic started getting sloppy. I have had great experiences when using Adams Central. Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !
